This Estes Park condo is located in the center of town in the Rivers Pointe Downtown Lofts. Large windows provide a perfect vantage point from where you can enjoy the view and experience parades and other happenings.

The open living room features a gas fireplace and access to the furnished deck, ideal for relaxing and observing the excitement down below as dinner cooks on the propane grill. The full kitchen is well-equipped for the perfect meal. This rental also comes with a private washer/dryer, media library, and free WiFi.

Dining and shopping are only a short walk from this rental. Guests can also hop in the car and head to Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking on the trails. A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Parking Notes: Please get the parking pass from the unit and place it in your vehicle at all times when parked in the back lot. The lot can become very busy during the summer season. There is no assigned parking.
Parking spots are available in the city owned Weist parking lot, directly behind building facing the river.
Please note, The Loft of Estes Park does not have any designated parking spaces, as.this is a public parking lot and spaces may be limited depending on the time of year.
In the summer and during holidays finding parking can be extremely challenging, please feel free to park your vehicle in any public lots in town that are within walking distance to the unit.
