Stayed here for a CAIC Avalanche 1 course just up the hill, was perfect. Try Grubsteak for solid fare, and the new restaurant in town Seasons for some upscale food.

This was a very spacious and well appointed apartment. Loved the kitchen and spacious open plan living area. The beds were large. The fridge was noisy at night and reverberated through to the bedroom.

This is a repeat rental for me. I've stayed at another unit in this building but this one on the front corner is better. Clean, 2 sides of windows to open the place up, large outdoor balcony, sliding glass door in the front corner is perfect for people watching while seated in the chair! Bed comfy too! We walked to the Stanley, Estes shops are right outside your door, walk to the flyshop for fishing trips. Be sure to put the parking permit in your car window. We didn't and got a ticket shoved so far down our windshield that we didn't discover it until we got to Denver. $25 plus $30 shipping to get it to Estes overnight to avoid penalty. The permits are tucked in the top drawer of the island in the kitchen. Found them the last day there.

Positives: very modern, well apointed with anything you may need, great location, very clean, perfect for people watching with the porch. Even being on the main drag, noise was never an issue.
Negatives: the bed pillows were terrible and the shade in the master didnt cover the whole window so the streetlamp outside shined in all night.

Moc pěkné ubytování přímo v centru městečka - obchody, restaurace. Prostorný, světlý, čistý, pěkně vybavený byt (vířivá vana, venkovní gril na terase, pračka se sušičkou, myčka, kuchyňské vybavení více než dostatečné - sporák, trouba, mikrovlnka, kávovar, toustovač, waflovač, mixér..., el. krb , DVD + filmy, WIFI, výtah). Byli jsme velmi spokojení. Pouze jsme déle hledali vchod - bylo by dobré výrazněji označit vstupní dveře.
Parkování je na veřejném parkovišti, které bývá dost plné, ale naštěstí se nám vždy podařilo zaparkovat. Do nár. parku Rocky Mountains kousíček!

This is the perfect “home base” for a visit to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. A beautiful, fully-stocked home in a great location right on Elkhorn Avenue. The apartment is so gorgeous and so comfortable you may never want to leave. But you should, since there are so many wonderful shops, restaurants and bars within a short walk. The ice cream shop right across the street is amazing! We enjoyed the balcony, watching all the people strolling down the sidewalks below. The gas grill was a real bonus. And the elevator was much appreciated for moving in and out. Parking was also convenient. We will be back!
