My family and I loved the house. Perfect walk to the beach and the kids loved that. Waking up to the ocean breeze and sounds of the waves were great. So much was available for use at the house. We did a lot of cooking in home that saved a lot
Of money for us and was nice. There was no AC but didn’t really need one if we kept the windows open early evening into the night. The weather was perfect as well.

Location was great! Neighborhood felt safe and quite! I would stay there again! Couldn’t find a broom though. Wanted to help clean up as much as we could! Also, no WiFi info or available? Maybe that could be an investment! Otherwise, it was a great place! Thank you!

Nice clean home. Good quiet neighborhood. Very close to the ocean.

Most importantly, the place was nice. A manufactured home (pretty much the norm in the neighborhood) about 3 blocks straight down the street from the beach access, and a couple more to Gleneden State Park. It was roomy and clean, with a large master bedroom and bath.

I did have a few minor issues, at least one of which I knew going in: the fees. The property is definitely worth the rental price. But when the fees double the cost, it becomes questionable. I know I signed off on the price, but later reflection gave me a little pause. There is a cell phone tower a couple blocks away, so if you happen to have your cell phone service with T-mobile (I'm not sure about others), you will not get any phone or data service at the property. That coupled with no wi-fi make it preferable that you desire to "unplug" for the duration of your stay. In the master shower, if you happen to turn the water on a little too much, you may find yourself with the knob in your hand, and the water spewing out directly at you from the knob hole ( could be a problem if it was the hot water). Luckily it twists back on.

Despite the minor difficulties, we did have a nice time, and the property was very comfortable.

Everything you need in a home is here. The boys and I absolutely enjoyed staying here and will definitely book in the future.

This is a spacious, cozy, comfortable home in a quiet location close to Lincoln City. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for the two of us and our puppy. Loved the gas fireplace. Depoe Bay and Newport are a short drive south.
