Clean and well-kept, but not so fancy that you feel nervous enjoying the home. Well-stocked kitchen, but bring your own spices, etc. Close to all the great North Shore Kauai sites!

Everything about this home was extremely comfortable & clean. It was so nice to walk into this lovely warm home and see a beautiful basket of goodies and lovely welcome note waiting for us.

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teens each getting their own room. Super clean. You can tell lots of tlc went into decorating the home. No a/c but it was comfortable in April with the fans on and windows open. Enjoyed hearing the birds outside and the soft tropical rain. Very convenient location. Nice safe neighborhood. Would stay again.

The house was large enough for four adults and a two year old. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice yard and lots of beach equipment and bikes.

We stayed for 3 weeks and the house was clean and neat and super convenient to all the Princeville amenities. Walkable to Princeville resort, Queens Bath, and the Princeville Shopping Center.
