My family and I enjoyed this cabin. It was close to the park and Estes Park. There were elk walking through and lots of deer and chipmunks to watch.

Pros:
Great location to grocery, gas, liquor, downtown dining, breweries, entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park. Very quiet area away from downtown by but close enough to walk in if you don't want to drive. The cabin has plenty of beds, 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks so a large group would do well in here. The kitchen was stocked well enough to prepare simple meals. A functioning grill out back. There is no air conditioning but many fans. This would be a perfect home for a family with many kids. Maybe a bit small for groups of adults. The beds are small (full size in 2 rooms and queen in the 3rd bedroom). They are also very close to the wall on one side making it hard to get out at night to use bathroom.
Cons:
Not much laundry detergent (one load left in bottle) or toilet paper and ran out by the time we left. Having some tissue around would have helped but not supplied. There was not a nice place to sit outside with a nice view. There was only one broken green chair and a run down picnic table in the back of the house, but not in a very inviting location. Might be bit chilly in the Fall and Winter in some of the back rooms since the structure is old and seems like the back bedroom heater was not working (maybe it is being repaired). Did not like that the house is listed as $130 yet by the time all the service and cleaning fees were added on it was over $200 per night.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Shelly. We are sorry to hear some aspects of the condo did not meet your expectations. We will ensure that all areas of concern are addressed appropriately in an effort to provide a more pleasant stay for our guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope to provide you with a more comfortable experience next visit!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 6. We ate breakfast every morning looking at the beautiful mountains!

Close to the park, 2 bathrooms, Quiet, an elk peeping into the porch, and fully functional kitchen. We made a complete thanksgiving dinner there and had a great time. Our only real problem was keeping the whole place warm.

We were happy to have a full kitchen, and beds that we didn’t have to share. It was the perfect location for our girls weekend!!

Good location with easy access to the park and several restaurants. We saw elk from the breakfast room across the street two mornings. Comfortable bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi. I would rent it again.
