Family-friendly house on Lake Champlain w/ beach, views & WiFi
This house is located directly on the shore of Lake Champlain and has its own private beach access right in the backyard. This bright beach house is full of natural sunlight and no matter the season, the Adirondack Mountains and shoreline views from the deck and sunroom are always spectacular. With plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, there is no shortage of places to kick back and relax.
What's nearby: Colchester is home to one of Vermont's last drive-in theaters, the Sunset Drive-in. Downtown Burlington is just eight miles away, where you will find countless restaurants and shopping, the Burlington Bike Path, the waterfront and Eco Lake Aquarium, and tours including our famous Queen City Ghostwalk. Vermont is known for its craft beers, so there are an abundance of brewery tours and even a mead hall.

The house is modest but just what we needed. It was pin-perfect clean and neat. We were traveling with grandparents and relatives to see our college kid, so we were 5 adults plus a teen. The hot water never ran out! The beds were comfortable. The view is amazing and it was so nice to have a kitchen table to sit around together at the end of the day instead of trying to awkwardly gather in hotel rooms. The grocery store is just down the street and Burlington is just 20ish minutes away. It was just what we needed.

The lake house was comfortable and cozy. Beautiful views of mountains and lake. Not far to travel for shopping and antiques. Would recommend this vacation home to others.
