This home is beautifully appointed and comfortable. The view of the river from the back deck is priceless! I sat for hours with my book listening to the river roll over the rocks. Be aware that it is a shared deck and when others are renting, you don't have much privacy. I also had a lot of issues with the electrical outlets, wifi and locks. In general, I felt that the house could have been cleaner. The bedrooms and bathrooms were meticulous, but the kitchen and floors in the main living areas needed a white glove. Finally, if you are planning to stay, be aware that the neighboring bar plays live music on the deck in summer until the wee hours of morning. It was very loud to sleep. All that being said, the house is beautiful, comfortable and the location is amazing. I think that based on my feedback, the property owners are already making some improvements. Future guests will definitely reap the benefits of some of my obstacles.

Open sunny spacious. King master bed a bit too soft for me so I slept on firmer memory foam bed in basement/ lower level, which also happened to be an adjustable craftmatic style bed. Walked to shops and public dock. Drove to Wafarers park and swam off rocks. Fun stay!

In the description it doesn’t state that you can hear the Swan River, which is amazing. The three homes are located is actually where the Swan river rapids are, so relaxing listening to roar of the river. The home is decorated mountain modern, with plenty of eating and sitting area. None of the furnishings are worn looking nor dingy, place looks like it was just newly decorated. All four bathrooms were immaculate, with plenty of towels, given it’s a three story, hot water might take a bit longer on top and bottom floors, though does come through.. also the plugs in the bathroom run on a timer, took me a few tries to get the plugs to work, directions on the welcome sheet would be helpful, Top floor bedroom faces out to the river and has a ceiling fan, with a large bathroom right out the bedroom door. Second bedroom faces the town, can’t leave windows open at night, for the noise of motorcycles and loud cars, possibly just loud renters across the street, bathroom was well appointed, a lot of room to unload suitcases and relax reading in the chair. Third bedroom, first floor, has a den style sitting area, with full wall on windows leading out to a small patio, also a coffee maker -fridge - microwave and plates, which was lovely. Bedroom was nice with attached bathroom with shower and stackable washer and dryer, full size laundry room is near kitchen..
Kitchen had everything you’ll need, during your stay, along with newer cooking utensils and pans. The view from the kitchen windows, was beautiful, don’t mind doing the dishes at all. refrigerator is full size and clean, no lingering odors from prior guest. Home has a lot of privacy, from within the three floors and or neighbors, though easy walk to stores and coffee places. Elevator goes to all three floors, which comes in handy with bags and luggage. Garage is two car garage with parking slots off to the side. My only warning is: you won’t want to leave. Final note: If I had one negative, that would be there wasn’t a blow dryer. Lol. That was a bit of a task to drive back to Kalispell to get one. Lol...
