We've stayed at this resort previously. With our family of 5 we appreciated that all 3 bedrooms were on the top floor, with 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a tub/shower and the master bedroom with ensuite complete with walk-in shower and tub.
The pool was 80 steps from the front door (I counted them) and the hosts equipped the home with lots of beach / pool towels, beach toys, a portable cooler, sun umbrella, some snorkeling masks / gear, beach rolls, sun chairs, boogie boards, tennis rackets (the courts are adjacent to the home) and a whole lot more. The beaches we frequented were 5 to 10 minute drive up the coast (North) towards Mauna Kea and Hapuna - both great beaches.
The main floor has a half bath, spacious kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. The lanai was much nicer than the last home we stayed because it is very private - faces the lava flows to the north and east, and not the neighbor's house or the road - so it seemed very private complete with outdoor couch, ottoman, soft chairs and coffee table - which we preferred over an outdoor dinette.
Overall, a nice place to spend your vacation. We'd likely stay here again on our next visit.

Absolutely loved the condo. We took our 4 month baby on his first vacation, stayed here for 9 days. Having a kitchen, washer, dryer, livingroom, etc. Just makes me not want to stay at a hotel ever again. The pool, Gym and tennis court are steps away from the front door. The place is clean, well furnished, well decorated and located right in the middle between Kona and Waimea. You get the feeling of being home away from home, which is very important because we were actually rested when we returned home. It is our 3rd time on the Island and while there was a few minor setbacks, overall I rate this place 5 stars. Perfect for families.
In case you're wondering what the setbacks were, when we arrived to the location we were not able to go thru the main gate because on the instructions on how to get in, it stated to hit the # plus the number on the code pad (There was no #sign on the keypad). I got in touch with someone from Vacasa in Hawaii and they told me the Manager would be calling me. Needles to say I never got a call but we figured it out the next day. Also the sink in the kitchen had a small leak, and one of the curtain/blinds in the master bedroom wouldn't go up all the way.
Regardless, I definitely recommend this place, and are probably going to try to book it again next year.
The condo is huge, rooms are lovely, nice job on decorating. Lots of beach stuff. An amazing view of Mauna Kea, you get to see the sunrise every morning over top of it. The pool is across the street from the building. Tennis court at your front door. The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you could want. Nice lanai furniture. Really quiet with only one neighbour and they are really nice people. We have stayed in many condos in Waikoloa over the past 30 years and this one is the best. The icing on the cake were Danny and Heidi from Vacasa, they great and so helpful. There were a couple of issues when we first arrived and Danny and Heidi took care of everything, so much so that we have written a revue for the first time, that's how amazing it was to deal with Vacasa. There is a little kitty cat out back, really nice and sweet, please be kind to her, she made our stay way more better.
