When we arrived the cabin was fresh and clean, plenty of room for our guests. Noticed that the owners had put in 3 new smart TVs and free WIFI. We just logged into our own NETFLIX, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime accounts and they worked great!
Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, plenty of towels and linens. The beds were extremely comfortable with extra blankets for the colder nights. There are 2 wood burning fireplaces with plenty of wood to use. Very rare to find nowadays in rentals.
Seemed like a lot of new upgrades to make this cabin new and fresh.
Would definitely rent again!!

This cabin has a beautiful view of Bear Lake! Great sleeping arrangements with 3 bathes. Kitchen is smaller but has all the gadgets you need. The grill wasn’t working when we were there but made due. Very clean as well. We would come back for sure! A grassy area to play cornhole would be nice but the driveway worked. WiFi would be nice too.

The view was spectacular. The location convenient. The space and furnishings were adequate for our needs. The cleanliness could have been better.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry that the cleanliness was not up to our standard. We hope to have the chance to host you again!

Beautiful location and view but not as clean as I would have liked and the sleeping accomodations were very uncomfortable.
Manager response:
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the home did not meet our standards that we hold our homes too. We are sharing your comments with our local staff to make sure these issues get addressed. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the views, thank you for letting us know about your concerns!

This home delivered on all it promised. There were 28 of us in our family and we all fit, utilizing the sofa beds and a few inflatables for the littles. The kitchen really is quite small which was a challenge, but we had great weather and ate out on the deck for most meals. A few added things would make this even nicer, such as removing the weeds and having a lawn, and clearing out some storage closets for guests.

This cabin was clean and so beautiful!! The cabin came with a fully stocked kitchen, lots of blankets, pillows, beds to accommodate our party of 17. There was plenty of room for everyone. The View on the balcony was stunning. Check in and checking out was a breeze. We are definitely coming back!!

We loved just getting together as a family in a house big enough for us. The balcony was great, the kitchen was a little small for as many people we tried to help out with meals. Dishwasher was very good. We had it going constantly. The pool and hot tub were a little too far along with the tennis courts. But we used them.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and appreciated the private parking area as we were a group of 30. I would definitely stay again if the kitchen was larger. Thank you!

We loved the home! But did not love the customer service. Didn't seem customized to Bear Lake. Felt more like "just another guest" rather than a personable customer service experience.
Manager response:
Cassidy, we apologize you did not receive the customer service you expected. Thank you for the feedback.

The cabin was great! We didn’t have access to the advertised pool, but were compensated for that. It was the perfect amount of space for our family. We did have a hard time with the TVs. We finally got one to work for us though. Other than that it was a great family trip.

Super pretty view of the lake and sunsets/sunrises. Really comfortable feel inside the cabin.

Our stay was excellent. Cabin was well stocked with plenty of room for all of us. Staff did an excellent job helping with booking and answering questions. Only two suggestions, more TP and maybe liquid soap in the bathrooms? Thanks for everything!

We had an awesome stay at the Cabin Overlooking The Harbor. The house sleeps a lot of people comfortably and everything was as described. Would definitely recommend it!

Cabin was perfect for our 3 day race weekend. The deck was great for hanging out and enjoying the amazing sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely rent here again!!!!!

Hi folks, we loved the cabin. It was clean, roomy and a GREAT view. We all enjoyed the amenities and will be coming back on a regular basis. The deck was a real plus. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and with 3 TV's you can't go wrong. Your kitchen was clean and filled with all the necessities, just a little cramped, but everything else was perfect. We found Garden City to be a real treat. Thank you, Mike Kezerian
