The resort fees are high for what you get but the place is furnished well and super convenient

Very convenient location and set-up for multiple families, but we were thoroughly disappointed with Vacasa's management of this unit. When we checked in, we noticed that the dishwasher wasn't working and hadn't been working for a month (there was a sign saying "sorry for the inconvenience!"). Having a working dishwasher (in addition to a kitchen) was a huge draw for us in deciding to rent this unit, especially needing to cook multiple meals/day for multiple families. After calling Vacasa, they said it wouldn't be fixed during our stay and only offered a $25/day discount for this issue. We asked the customer service agent to escalate this issue (and need for a fair room rate discount) to their manager, but have never heard back, despite multiple follow-ups. At the very least, Vacasa should have notified us of this issue prior to check-in, so we can either change plans or adjust our meal planning appropriately. We are usually not one to complain, but this Vacasa experience makes us think twice about renting units from Vacasa in the future, due to their lack of professionalism and responsiveness.

The resort is beautiful and we loved the ski-in ski-out option right by our condo. The ski valet was also a nice touch. However, the "housekeeping" does or doesn't come when you rent a unit through a third party? It was unclear because sometimes they were helpful and sometimes they just said no to our requests. It was weird. The front desk was great and our the bell service was on top of things. But the housekeeping thing was strange. Also, they only provided Keuric k-cup coffee machines in the units and that was a problem because we didn't bring any k-cups and "housekeeping" sometimes gave us some and other times said no. And because we rented through a third party, sometimes we were treated like guests and sometimes not very much. They need to coordinate that better. I hear they charge homeowners $2k a month so I figured that all guests in the units would received the same service.
