The Little River Loft was clean, quiet, and the perfect size for a couple. It was close enough to Gatlinburg that we could be in the action within the hour, and far enough away to give us the peace and quiet we needed. We will definitely stay there again!

so nice and clean and quiet. As I had contacted you before I was disappointed the pool was covered when it was 95 degress out, but you did respond that it is the homemakers decision and has nothing to do with you. I understand that as it is normally not that hot in Sept. Loved the stay in Townsend as always

We wanted to stay in Townsend because it was less hectic than larger nearby towns. This VRBO fit the bill. It was lovely. The property with the fire pit, the river, and the outdoor patio with rocking chairs was very peaceful and beautiful.

The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was a perfect compromise between a cabin and a nice motel for our two night stay. I especially loved sitting on the upper screened in deck that overlooked the river as the evening turned into night.

The studio condo was clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of room for the two of us. If you wanted to cook, there was plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils and cooking and bakeware provided. The location is perfect for those who like a quiet less congested area in the foothills of The Great Smoky Mountains! Lots of family activities to do in the area. This facility offered a pool, river access to wade in, skip stones, fish, or float on a tube. Plenty of rocking chairs are available on the upper and lower decks. Also has a nice fire pit with wood provided for you. You are also only 40 minutes away from the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area for those who like that craziness.

We loved this little condo! The location was perfect & the fire pit & Creek added to our weekend getaway experience. The only downside was that the pool wasn't open. We will return!
Thank you for your review! We apologize that the HOA performed maintenance that interfered with your enjoyment of this condo's pool! The pool is once again open.

The room was great, but the big deck at the back near the river was the most relaxing place you will ever be. You can see the river and the sound from the water will almost put you to sleep.

Clean, we'll organized, cozy home feeling, quiet yet convenient location, everyone was friendly, the location along the Little River was breath taking. The property management was extremely easy to deal with and the instruction were very simple.
