The apartment was great. Nice interior, updated and clean. There was everything we needed inside. Nice mountain view. 5 min walk to Quiksilver super chair. It wasn't too far even for 3 years old. Good natural gas grill on the balcony. There was a lighter and a brush right there under the cover. Dedicated parking space in the garage, right next to the elevator. There were some issues with the elevator when we were there, but they were fixed the same day. The apartment is located right next to the ski storage room and laundry room. Nice and quiet - we didn't hear any noises. Short walk to the hot tub and pool (need reservation due to covid but it was manageable). Walking distance to the town center with all the shops and restaurants. We got all the access information upfront and didn't have any issues. We didn't have to contact anybody during our stay, so I cannot comment on the customer service response, but there was no need for that as everything just worked! Will come back.

The property was great and in a nice location. We loved the fireplace in both the living room and master bedroom.
Our only complaint was that the spare bedroom mattress was incredibly hard and somewhat lopsided and the bedding didn't smell freshly cleaned. Like it had been sitting on the bed for sometime without laundering.

The unit was clean and we felt great in it during COVID.
The location was great! We walked to town and beyond. Plenty of space for 4! Except there were no cereal bowls or ice maker (or trays) for ice.
The biggest downfall was a communication gap. We were very excited about the idea of a pool and hot tub. Pool/hot tub was in our original search filter! The pool area was locked and not in use! We had no notice! We immediately sent an email and were never responded to.
The kids had ZOOM class every morning and the internet was horrible! We were using our own hot spots the whole time.
Our emails asking for assistance were never responded to. Still!

Ice trays have been replaced, and we will ask the homeowner for more cereal bowls. The pool area is occasionally closed due to COVID-19 concerns; we apologize this was so upsetting. We also apologize for the slow internet and have advised the HOA of your experience. Thank you, and we hope to see you again!

The condo was beautiful! Only downside was that the garage code had been changed in March but was not reflected on the app, and took us almost an hour to get in. I was on hold with the booking company and never spoke to someone, but eventually residents of the complex had helped us get in. There was a notice in the condo stating the code change dated in March, so just slightly inconvenienced during check in. Very beautiful place though!

This place is perfect for a Breck getaway! First, the location couldn't be better. Situated a block or so from Main St and all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment Breck has to offer. The space itself was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the kitchen equipment, even the deck had been swept recently. The decor is very pleasing and unique and the beds were very cozy. Speaking of the kitchen, it is stocked with more than the bare bones you typically see in a rental. It had quality pots and pans but also whisks and other handy kitchen tools. You could easily prepare full meals here. We had a great stay and look forward to a return sooner than later.

This property exceeded our expectations, it is well maintained and has excellent quality of furnishings, it is more spacious than the photos made out. In a quiet peaceful area of Breck directly opposite to the Marriott, with a footpath down the side, it took us no time at all to get on the slopes. Ski locker also available to be used (not mentioned on property details) which was a great addition and saves us storing our skis in the house. Check in/out process couldn’t be easier with no need to arrange to meet anyone to get keys. Less than 5mins walk to Main St so plenty of options to eat out each night.
Really enjoyed our stay in this property with nothing we would change. Lounge was a great size with plenty of space for everyone to sit. Definitely recommend.

We loved this clean, updated condo. It was perfect for our family of 4 and you can't beat the location. We could easily walk to the Quicksilver lift, the cheese shop, wine shop, juice cafe, restaurants and grocery store. We also really enjoyed the hot tubs and pool, a short walk away, and the underground garage. We will definitely stay here again!

We selected this condo after seeing some pictures and descriptions on VRBO for a few nights in August 2019, and I have to say we were most impressed. The unit is very nice and well appointed. It was very clean and the checkin process was perfect. Bathrooms and showers were great and the bed was comfortable. The unit has a designated parking spot in an underground garage, which is convenient to the elevator. Very quiet and spotless. We even saw a fox right outside the complex. I would recommend it and would stay again.

This rental exceeded our expectations. After our long drive we were thrilled to check in to this modern, well-equipped, clean unit. We were also delighted with the location which allowed us to walk wherever we wanted in Breckenridge. The biggest perk was walking directly to the lift to ski! Furthermore, I was so impressed with the well equipped kitchen. I baked two pies without having to purchase any special equipment. Two thumbs up‼️
