Cozy family house in the heart of the Pikes Peak region

Get the family ready for a great trip in the heart of the Pikes Peak region! Our Deer Ridge cabin is up in the mountains, nestled among the pine trees just outside of Divide, Colorado. You will be talking about this vacation for years!

This cabin is minutes from hiking, fishing, and biking, and major area attractions like Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods are an easy drive down the road. Spend your days outdoors exploring and come home to spend a relaxing evening cooking, laughing and hanging out on the deck.

The main level of the home features an open floor plan that leads you from the front door and right out to the back deck for a night spent grilling and chilling! The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all together. You and your family can share stories over a well cooked meal and never miss a beat. Also on this level is the spacious master bedroom with large windows that fill the room with natural light. The master bath has a large soaking tub and separate shower.

You’ll also find the home gym just off the main entrance. Guests are welcome to use the equipment. There’s a full sized futon in this room for extra sleeping space. The laundry room is just off the kitchen.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and another bathroom with a tub/shower combo. It’s great for the kids to head upstairs to their own space at night while the parents relax downstairs.

We had a great time. Reasonably priced.. Beautiful and convenient location. We saw several deer in the front and back yard. Outside of the beds being hard, it was a very comfortable place. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very relaxing stay.

This residence is a modern residence with a rustic cabin feel. It is located in a beautiful mountain neighborhood between Cripple Creek and Woodland Park. There were deer grazing in the yard every morning. It's just a short drive to hiking locations. We definitely would recommend it and would stay again.

Beautiful mountain home with some very nice “homey” touches!

We had a nice time at this rental. Deer were walking around the property each morning, munching on grass. The house is very clean and had everything we needed to cook and feel like home. It was close enough to things to do like pikes peak but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Would recommend.

Great place to stay.

Our family really enjoyed our get away to the Deer Ridge cabin. The cabin was so beautiful had everything we needed and more. We even got a beautiful inch of snow while we were there and we just took a snow day and relaxed. There is so much to do in the area one could never get board, we where there a week and enjoyed outings about every day except one. We even had two deer come to visit us in the back yard and we were able to enjoy watching them from the big picture window. The cabin had everything we needed to make our meals including a BBQ grill out back. There is a grocery store not far away to go shopping. Things I would suggest to do in the area are the Royal Gorge Train, The Gold Mine in Cripple Creek, Manitou Spring was fun to go shopping in and our little doggie was very welcome in the stores, We also went to Seven Falls and happened to see Former President Clinton there, we also enjoyed "The Greatest Escape Games Rooms" in Colorado Springs, and going to Pikes Peak and so much more, but it was so wonderful to come back to the cabin and enjoy dinner, games and just relaxing! Thank you for a wonderful week!!! :)

We loved the location of the cabin. You do not have to drive 20 minutes up a mountain to get to it, it is right off a main road. We loved the open kitchen, dining and family room space. Everything was clean and nice!

This house is off the beaten path but when you get there the home is very cute and had a lot of charm.

We loved everything about Deer Ridge. The rooms were beautifully decorated and all comfortable. The master bedroom was spacious and so quiet. We had frequent four-legged visitors (mule deer) in the backyard and loved looking out at the pine trees. We also loved where the location was with easy access to places to visit - including Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods as well as to all the things to see in Pike National Forest. We plan on returning with our kids as early as the fall but definitely next Spring. This was a wonderful getaway for us!

We had a great time. The living area is perfect for a big group. It's very open. Some of us played games while others watched t.v.
