Rustic luxury retreat with private hot tub, mountain and lake views

If you’re looking to take in Colorado in all of its glory, then this is your stop! This home, built in 2015, brings you right into the mountains of southeastern Colorado while giving you all the luxuries you’d expect while on vacation!

This home is tucked away on 1.5 acres in the Spring Valley area of Divide, Colorado. With floor to ceiling windows, you can sit by the fireplace with family and friends and take in a panoramic view of the Rockies as well as the beautiful Burgess Reservoir. If you’d like to get a bit closer, step out to the large deck for a cup of coffee or fire up the grill for a nice meal at home. Maybe you need a place to wind down at the end of a day of exploring the Pikes Peak region; this home features a brand new therapeutic Bullfrog hot tub with lounge seat, which has calf and foot jets for the ultimate experience in relaxation!

Inside, the main level is completely open, from the kitchen with granite counter tops, all new appliances, custom hickory cabinetry, and large breakfast bar, to the dining area with a table for six, to the large living room with a beautiful rock-faced gas fireplace - you never have to be away from the conversation. The master bedroom is on the main floor with its own en suite bathroom, also with granite counter tops, double sinks, and a custom tile shower. It’s the perfect private retreat at the end of the day. The main floor also has a separate half bath which also houses the stacked washer and dryer, so guests in the master don’t have to be disturbed after going to bed.

On the second floor, you can take in the whole home at once. The loft has an open sitting area that overlooks the living room and right out above the trees through the large windows. There’s a full bath on the second floor with granite counter tops, a tub and shower. The kids will have plenty of space in the second bedroom, which has a twin trundle bed.

The house is so warm and inviting you may never want to leave! Our cabin is located within a short drive of historic Cripple Creek, Lake George, Eleven Mile Reservoir State Park, the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, and Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument. Our location provides quick access to Highway 24, which heads east toward Colorado Springs, or west toward Lake George and Wilkerson Pass.

This place is amazing, quiet, comfortable and the view is amazing! it was a little warm during the day without A/C, but with the fans going it wasn't to bad. It cooled down quickly in the evening. Everything we needed we had, good stocked kitchen so we could cook meals, nice Grill. We will be Back next year.

Our family loved this spacious and well-equipped cabin with a stunning view of the mountains. It was the perfect place for us to relax after our daily adventures hiking, climbing, and white-water rafting.
