It was comfortable to hang out in, but there were four adults trying to use one shower and than one person in the kitchen was a challenge. The beds were comfortable and warm as it was Oct when we visited. There’s no heat upstairs but the downstairs heater was sufficient and the bathroom downstairs had a heater in it. The area was perfect for quick trips to the store or to Boothbay shops. Barrett park was a quick stroll for some awesome sunrises. The Botanical Garden was also a pleasant surprise.
