The house had some issues but it gets a 5 star review thanks to Vacasa! Even though we had many troubles with this home, Vacasa was always there and helped us out, specially their manager Brian! It all made for a great holiday!
Manager response:
Thank you for your feedback, Benjamin! We are happy to hear that despite some issues with the home, you and your party were able to enjoy a great holiday! We look forward to hosting you again!

Newly renovated, spacious rooms, great kitchens. Needs better bed pillows and extra blankets. We visited in the summer and the two top levels of the home were uncomfortably hot and stale. Couldn’t open windows because all windows snow screens were missing. Bears and foxes roamed the neighborhood. Outside curb appeal lacking as roofing tiles on ground around house, outside furniture sparse, entry area to home compromised by rocky walkway.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Carolyn! A few roofing tiles did come loose due to snow and ice slides after a record-breaking snowfall, and they are now removed. We are recommending window screens to the owner and will be purchasing more fans to help with the warmer days. We appreciate your suggestions for the outdoor furniture and rocky walkway and will discuss these items with the owner. We hope to see you again!
