I stayed there for 5 days 4 nights on a business trip. Personally wasn’t expecting much however the owner has done a great job providing amenities (hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, dishes, silverware, dish soap, etc stored in the cabinets to use. There is a brand new hair dryer (which I noticed a prior comment that it was broken). If you have stayed in the lower tier Marriott or Hilton properties in Waikiki, I would say the room is similar (doubletree, Waikiki Sheridan). Most of the hotel rooms over there are outdated and need to be refreshed. As an hotel snob, I was extremely concerned that I could stay at this place however when I got there it was just what I needed especially for the price (compared to hotels on the island). Only complaint was there is was only 1 bath towel and wasn’t a bar of soap (only shampoo, conditioner, location, and shower gel). If needed would definitely stay there again as long as it remains a good deal (price wise). I did pay for parking which was $25 per night. This is typical for any hotel downtown. I didn’t have an issue finding a parking spot as others have mentioned however the week I was there was off season.

Great hotel. This hotel was safe with security in the lobby throughout the night. The beach was only a block away. IHOP is conveniently next door. Management was quick with fixing our ac issue.

Palms #219 is a great location for visiting Waikiki! Easy walking distance to anywhere in Waikiki or even to Ala Moana shopping center. This unit is on the quiet side of the building which was very nice! We were even able to see the 4th of July fireworks!

It was a cute little room, was very accommodating!! Would have loved some beach towels but all in all was perfect stay!!
Manager response:
It was a pleasure hosting you, Rebecca! We're glad you had an enjoyable stay at this recently renovated suite. We'll look into adding some beach towels to improve future stays. Please visit again in the near future!
