WiFi and an iPod docking station will keep you plugged in and inspired for extended stays!

This Seattle getaway has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one with a claw-foot tub) for up to seven guests. Upstairs is an office with a small desk, large built-in book shelves, and a screen door to the balcony, with lovely views of Seattle.

Just down the hall is where you'll find the master bedroom, with ornate wooden bedroom furniture, a red floral area rug, and a queen bed. A second bedroom offers an antique white-scroll bed frame and twin bed, cheery floral curtains, and a unique chandelier. A third bedroom has twin bunk beds, a vintage armoire, and a vibrant zebra area rug. There's also another bedroom with a queen bed.

The large covered front porch is surrounded by flowering trees and shrubs. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on one of two barrel-shaped patio chairs and an ottoman available in the summer months, or watch the neighborhood happenings while perched on the porch steps.

Make the mile trip downtown to fish markets and unique shopping at Pike Place Market or get a cup of joe at the first Starbucks store. Watch an indie band at the iconic Paramount Theater, tour the city by boat on Ride The Ducks Seattle, or drive 12 minutes to a Mariner's baseball game at Safeco Field.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood. It was nice having a parking spot in the driveway. The only complaint would be that there is not a bathroom on the main level, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us, and we would definitely stay again.

Old hardwood floors w/detail along edges and corners.

Nicer older home with both charms and issues. Windows don’t open easily. In colder months heat could be a challenge. Nice yard..close and convenient to Seattle Attractions. Nice quite neighborhood.

This house is sweet and in a good location. It needs some improvements but the owners are in the process of fixing it up. It is a great taste of the Fremont area and close to all kinds of good restaurants and coffee shops.
We loved going to the Bala yoga studio on Stone Way and enjoyed a good cap at Milstead coffee

This was a beautiful house in a fabulous location. Easy walk to great restaurants and shopping. Only downside was a broken window in one bedroom room that let in cold air (in the 30s at night!). All the windows leaked air in the bedrooms so bring warm PJs!

This house was perfect for our visit to see extended family in Seattle. It was a lovely place to gather and make and share a meal. The location was great.

Our visit to Seattle was for an emergency situation. It was only 20 minutes to the hospital and conveniently located close to Park, shopping and dining. The property is an old, beautiful house. The backyard is also beautiful with nice plants. Our first night, heat will not turn on and circuit breaker kept on tripping causing no lights in main bathroom and 2 rooms. Our following days were better, heat was on and have electricity for the rooms. the views are beautiful especially when the sun showed itself. It's very inexpensive place to stay in lieu of a hotel

attractions.

Wonderful garden, lots of nooks and crannies to the house for the little ones to explore. Older house but nice accommodations, added to the charm. Overall a wonderful experience.

The house is located walking distance to great parks, restaurants, and in a quaint neighbourhood. The issue is the house itself. It's essentially functionally a one bathroom, with no bathroom on the main living floor, and a shared bath in upstairs (with four bedrooms), as well as a mouldy bathroom in a half-finished basement where lights are flickering and not super functional. Pots, pans, glasses, dishes in the kitchen is dirty, old, stained, cracked, and generally not in good condition. There is a serious ant problem on the main floor, from the kitchen to the living room. The whole house smells musty. The linens were clean, but the place could use a good dusting and maybe just an overall steam clean/sterilizing deep clean?
Manager response:
We are sorry to see this was the guest's experience as we strive to ensure positive experiences for our guests. We have addressed the maintenance and cleanliness issues presented in order to bring them up to Vacasa standards. Thank you!

This is a beautiful home inside and out in a quiet north Queen Anne neighborhood. The living and sitting rooms on the main floor are well-appointed and attractive although there is no bathroom on the main floor. The second bathroom is in the basement and has a nice modern shower, but we got the feeling that the basement wadn't a place we were supposed to be in much. The kitchen is really nice, and the private backyard is secluded feeling and nice to be in. The lights in the stairwells were iffy and in the case of the basement stair, downright dangerous. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds comfortable. The whole place was very clean with good storage. Taking a shower requires a sense of adventure, but everything works great. Mixed review here, but the plusses way outweigh the minuses.

The home accommodated our group of 7 comfortably. This is an older home with lots of charm. The area had lots of food and shopping within walking distance.
The saloon down the street had great service and food. We all enjoyed the house and area and would definitely stay there again.

It was a great house and a wonderful location. I enjoyed visiting Seattle and feeling as though I was at "home."

This was a good base for my family of 4 while exploring Seattle. You can easily walk to restaurants and it is a super-close drive into downtown Seattle. The home is older and charming. The garden is absolutely lovely.

This was hands down the best home I've ever rented. I highly, highly recommend staying here.

This beautiful home was centrally located and had well chosen amenities and decor. Lovely landscaping and a great patio or porch to sit on. Comfortable beds and furniture and plenty of places to gather. Our family had a perfect vacation to Seattle and this house helped us achieve that.

This house was in the perfect location to getting around all parts of Seattle. The neighborhood is very residential and very closely located to grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. One thing that did put a damper on our stay was the amount of spiders and ants. I am not familiar with Seattle, so I am not sure if this is the norm for certain areas as with tropical climate sometimes.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see that bugs made this stay less pleasant. It has been a common problem in the Queen Anne area recently, but we have bought the tools to combat the problem. Thank you!
Gregory S. Jul 2016
We loved staying at this beautiful property. The front and back yards were both lush and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable with very nice linens. The wifi was good. The location is close to both downtown Seattle and Fremont. We had a wonderful stay.
Jennifer M. Jun 2016
House was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids ages 8 & 9), as well as two Grandmothers along for the trip! Very convenient and walkable to the Fremont area, but not a far drive from downtown sights. We didn't cook any meals, but kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Washer and dryer are always a plus. Thanks for a great stay!
James G. Jun 2016
Worked great for a family get together, particularly the kitchen/deck area. Some may need AC.
Sandra N. Jun 2016
This charming vintage home is a great place for a family in a location that is perfect to stroll the Fremont district and to uber in to downtown Seattle!
Todd T. May 2016
We had a wonderful stay. The house worked perfectly. We walk all over from there, Fremont, Queen Anne, and all the way to the Space Needle. The house was comfortable and the locstion great.
Elena M. May 2016
Great location. Decent home. Convenient to get to Fremont and downtown. Short walk to restaurants along Queen Anne and in Fremont.
Steve D. May 2016
Great old home in Queen Anne district. Easy to Uber into the city. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in !!
Araceli S. Mar 2016
Great family home! The kitchen had everything a cook would need. Plenty of space for gathering and alone time. Nearby Fremont is a location you want to explore, tons of stores, restaurants and dance studios!

We visited with our pre-college student and her 14 year old brother, so it was great that they each had their own bedroom and we could walk to campus. Quiet roomy house allowed us to get lots of work done in a beautiful environment with walk breaks up the hill. Early morning visits to Queen Anne Starbucks and Safeway made breakfast easy.
Dolores D. Apr 2015
House has lots of character, great location, lots of light; well maintained.
