Elk bugling around cabin, came within 40 yards of house.

Dusty and stale, broken kitchen faucet, no kleenex, spices, condiments, etc. Uncomfortable sofa. Heaters in bedrooms didn't work. Have to hold down the handle to get toilet to flush properly. Dirty windows, one small cracked window diminish the gorgeous views of the mountains. Is far enough from Estes Park to be quiet, close enough to be convenient. Have paid less for much nicer homes, even just outside of Yellowstone and Great Smokey Mountain parks, and literally on the Oregon coast. Keep looking!
Manager response:

The cabin was perfect for our family of 5. We had beautiful views and an easy commute to downtown Estes Park (5-10 minutes away). It was easy to get to and we saw lots of wildlife (elk or deer, wild turkeys, bunnies, chipmunks, and birds).

We didn’t see a single person when we were at the cabin! A few ground squirrels, turkeys, bunnies. It was so nice. Beautiful view!! There is a propane grill onsite and pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, coffee maker, ice trays.
For future comers there is no washer & dryer and no dishwasher. The water is a little tricky to turn off, but overall we enjoyed ourselves. 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, 1 full) only 1 bathroom 😬. We figured it out though.

Cozy cabin with breathtaking views! Very convenient to Rocky Mountain National park and we saw several big Elk on the property.

Peace and quiet, wildlife, amazing mountain range views and a great cabin. Exactly what we needed.
