Great Road's End ocean views, a private hot tub, and more!

If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind beach getaway, check out this Lincoln City vacation rental, which features a private hot tub, ocean views, and space for a large group of 14 guests!

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the north side of town, this home is a quick five-minute walk to easy beach access. It is also less than a mile from the Chinook Winds Casino, plus grocery stores, shops, and restaurants, so you will be conveniently close to all the basics! Five cars can park in the massive driveway, and even has enough parking for an RV or trailer pulling a boat or ATVs.

With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms spread out over three levels, this home has plenty of space for everyone to find their favorite nook of the house. Walk in the front door and up a flight of stairs to reach the main living area. Here you will find a bright, airy space with enormous windows that let in sunshine and allow views of the ocean. Have a seat on the comfortable sectional sofa and start a fire in the gas fireplace, or turn on the 60-inch smart TV to stay entertained.

Around this home you will have many fun options to keep everyone amused, including cable television, Netflix streaming, a DVD player, WiFi access, board games, books, and more! If you happen to be here during one of the coast's rainstorms, you can stay warm and cozy in front of the fireplace while watching the storm rage outside.

This great room also houses the full kitchen and dining room. With a gorgeous and modern kitchen, including new stainless-steel appliances and plenty of cooking equipment, the chef in your group will have no trouble preparing meals here. Between the dining room table and the seating at the breakfast bar, there is plenty of space for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a filling meal before heading out to walk on the beach.

This middle level of the home even has a deck with seating and a gas grill, so you could head outside and cook on the grill, or gather everyone to watch the sunset at the end of the day. Head back inside and walk upstairs to the third floor to find a loft area where you can gaze out of the windows for an even better view of the rooftops and the ocean. This loft is a fantastic place to sit, relax, and read one of the provided books. You could also set children up with a board game or their toys and let them play here while the adults chat downstairs.

The top-floor loft converts into a bedroom at night when you pull down the queen-size Murphy bed for a soft and comfortable place to sleep; a full bathroom with a 4 x 4 skylight, and a private deck with spectacular ocean views are also available on this level. Just downstairs on the main level is the master bedroom, which features a large king-size bed, a small wall-mounted TV, bedside lamps for reading, and a full attached bathroom. The main floor even has an additional half-bathroom conveniently located just past the living room.

Downstairs on the ground floor are the remaining two bedrooms and a fun bunk room. The garage has been converted into a game room, complete with a pool table, and also offers four twin-size beds arranged in bunks that would be a wonderful place for children to sleep. Down the hallway is a handy laundry area, and this floor also has its own full bathroom. The final two bedrooms each feature a lovely queen-size bed, a relaxing color scheme, and a door to access the patios outside.

If you step outside from this bottom level (or walk downstairs from the upper deck), you will discover a charming patio area where you can sit and breathe in the fresh sea air. Even better, your own private hot tub is nestled here! You will love to soak in the warm, soothing water and relax after a long day of walking on the beach and exploring the town.

Lincoln City has much to offer its visitors. If you like the beach, you will surely want to spend some time strolling along the miles of popular coastline the city has to offer. You could search for tide pools during low tide, go beach combing, build sandcastles, fly kites, or simply walk along the sandy shore and bask in nature's beauty. Within about a mile of this home you will find the famous Chinook Winds Casino plus the Chinook Winds Golf Resort just across the road.

This north section of town offers plenty of restaurants and grocery stores where you can stock up on the basics, but there is much more of Lincoln City to explore to the south! Whether you want to peruse some souvenir shops, visit the outlet mall, go kayaking on Devils Lake, try crabbing on Siletz Bay, or simply explore more of the city's beaches, you will find plenty to keep you busy here. Stop in at one of the area cafes, and make sure to try out as many of the restaurants as you can (local favorites include the Blackfish Cafe for seafood, J's for more casual fish and chips, and Hwy 101 Burger for a tasty lunch) because there are some fantastic eateries in town.

If you feel like heading away from Lincoln City for a daytrip, you can drive either north or south for some wonderful options. Drive north about 25 minutes through some dense forests to reach Pacific City, a smaller town nestled right against the sea. If you go south, instead, you will pass by Boiler Bay (a great picnic area that offers spectacular views of the ocean) on your way to Depoe Bay, a small town known as the whale-watching capital of the coast that is a quick 20-minute drive away from Lincoln City. Whether you want to stay close to home or explore the coastline, you will have plenty of options here!

Featuring a private hot tub, and marvelous ocean views, this Central Oregon Coast vacation rental is the perfect place to stay to make your Lincoln City getaway truly amazing!

We really enjoyed our visit to Lincoln City. Paradise Found was a spacious home, well equipped with exactly what we needed to make the weekend trip pleasurable.

Presentation, cleanliness and hot tub

This house comfortably slept 11 of us (4 couples, 3 individuals) for a weekend on the Oregon coast. The house is lovely, and features a large main living/dining area where we spent most of our time. The decks gave us gorgeous sunset views, and the hot tub hit the spot after a hike.
Jodene S. Jun 2018
Second floor living space and large windows took advantage of the coastline view. Clean and well furnished interior made cooking and sleeping comfortable like home.
Tiffany W. Apr 2018
Beautiful home and worked out perfect for our large group. Great amenities and space! Loved it and had a wonderful time.
Miguel F. Mar 2018
We loved this house it was very nice and clean. We enjoyed everything about the house! Only downside was that our cars got broken into the first night of staying. Im glad we got all our valuables from the car, but it was uncomfortable knowing that happened. So please dont leave any valuables in your vehicle.

Clean, modern, well-lit beach house with several decks, a nice view to the north, and a spacious great room complete with large dining table.

Three private bedrooms, a game room with two sets of bunk beds, and a sleeping loft that overlooks the great room provide a total of eight beds plus a couple of couches.

Kitchen is well-equipped and refrigerator is large. Great room has a TV with cable and a DVD player. Bring A/V cables to connect your own device if desired.

Inexplicably, the price of this house increased by 80% between March, 2017 and March, 2018. We rented it for $722 (including taxes & Vacasa fees) for a Friday/Saturday night stay in early March, 2017 and rented it for $1,296 (including taxes & Vacasa fees) for a Friday/Saturday night stay in early March, 2018. No discernible improvements were made to the house, and that steep price increase was hard to swallow.

We'll stay elsewhere next time, and, considering their exorbitant fees, probably not with Vacasa.
Jared C. Feb 2018
Enjoyed our stay at Paradise Found. We had twelve adults and there was plenty of space for us and it was close to the beach, casino, and all that Lincoln City has to offer.
Sharon D. Oct 2017
We hope to use Vacasa again when we are in need of a beach location home. We have used them twice in the last year and have been satisfied with our rental homes. We would have loved to stay in our first pick at Sandstone but our second choice was favorable under the circumstances.
Caterina P. Oct 2017
We had an absolutely lovely stay at the house. It was perfect for our group of 11. We really enjoyed the views of ocean, the short walk to the beach, and the common area on the first floor was great. I would definitely recommend this house!
Julie R. Aug 2017
Great home for family gatherings.
Amiee G. Aug 2017
A great house for a family or friends getaway, if you don't mind a lot of stairs.
Ben W. Aug 2017
This was a great spot for a group vacation; walking distance to the beach and the casino. The house is huge -- we comfortably had 12 adults. With the pool table and hot tub, there's always something to do. We would gladly stay here again!
Kelly P. Jul 2017
.great spot for a big group
Rochelle G. Jul 2017
My whole family spent a couple of nights in this great house. 11 adults and 3 kids. The space was great, ample room for everyone to be together both inside and out. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed - we prepared all our meals at the house. I would not hesitate to recommend this vacation house to anyone!
Merritt R. Jul 2017
Extended family of 14 adults enjoyed this home for a two-night stay. Plenty of options to make sleeping arrangements work (with some sharing of the bunk room by adult children). Plentiful space to be together or to spread out. Shared living/kitchen/dining room is perfect for group to hang out together for meals, games and visiting. Loved the bright, natural light and the outdoor spaces. Ocean view is spectacular. Quiet street, plentiful parking (enough for 5 cars). Short, but hilly, walk to beach access. Beach is long and was not crowded, even on 4th of July. Less than 5 minute drive to grocery store and other conveniences and the local casino. House had everything we hoped for and was even better than the photos. Would definitely recommend!
Travis G. Jun 2017
Paradise Found made our trip to Lincoln City comfortable and easy. Each of us had a bed, and the common areas worked well at all times of day. It's also only a short walk to the ever-alluring beach!
Brenda F. May 2017
Nice time at Paradise Found- good space, good location and hot tub was enjoyable too.
Jeff B. Mar 2017
Lots of parking, large lot, big deck, spacious living / dining / kitchen area with view, nicely laid out, modern kitchen, photos on website are accurate. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk; brewpub & casino are a 10-15 minute walk.
Jessica W. Feb 2017
Nice location, easy to reserve and checkout. Great main space. All beds but master were not very comfortable. When issue arose unable to reach staff, and were up until middle of night dealing with faulty fire alarm.
David M. Jan 2017
It is a great house for a large group (we had 12 people). The large common area is great, especially with the deck outside. The house is walking distance to the beach, however, there is a large hill that could be difficult for some people. The hot tub is a wonderful bonus.
Jim A. Nov 2016
Close to casino and golf (weather permitting). Home had a few minor glitches. But overall in good condition and worth the money.
Katherine D. Nov 2016
We loved our time :) Best part: beautiful upper deck overlooking the ocean!
Robin S. Oct 2016
Worked well for our large retreat group. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to the beach.
Matthew L. Aug 2016
We had a great time with a large group. House can accommodate many people very comfortably with an excellent common area on main floor.
Ralph G. Aug 2016
This is a great house. It has wonderful views, and is in a quiet location just close enough to the beach. It accommodated our family gathering of two couples, one single adult and two youths. Plus four cars, and we could have had one more! We jogged and walked. We enjoyed using the grill. We had a fire on the beach. Every day we watched deer in the neighborhood. We had a super time. If we have an issue it is that this accommodation needs some TLC and a bit more attention. Over the years, we have rented several homes in Lincoln City and we really liked this one. We recommend it.
Robert E T. Aug 2016
We had a great time at our family get together. The pool table was a nice touch.
Claire O. Jul 2016
We enjoyed the majority of your stay because of the location, but I would say washing all of the bed sheets was a huge inconvenience for us and was disappointing. Here is a list of items we experienced during our stay. Thank you.
-All of the bed sheets from the master bedroom, the loft and the 2 bedrooms downstairs were not clean. They had hair and dog/cat hair on them and we had to rewash all the sheets
-The shower in the master bedroom, the drain did not drain quickly and after showering, the water was still ankle deep.
-We did not use the grill on the deck, but when we were outside around 8pm, we smelled propane. It smelled like there was a leak. We tried to make sure it was off, but the knobs were rusty.
-When you walk out on the deck, the rail to the far left, it was not properly mounted and was loose. That's a huge safety hazard.
-It took management 2-3 hours to call my mom and I back, because we thought we locked ourselves out of the house. But we got into the house okay.
Manager response:
It's disappointing to see that this stay was not more perfect. Maintenance has fixed the drain in the master bath so that it works properly; the BBQ has been checked for leaks; the railing has been reattached to the deck and is much more stable now. We believe these fixes will make the home more enjoyable.
Rahma A. Jul 2016
We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and very roomy. The kitchen is well stocked, it rained majority of our stay but the house had enough to keep everyone entertained. Beach access is fairly close, would definitely stay at this house again.
Keri B. Jun 2016
We enjoyed being close to the beach. It was a short drive down to the parking lot for the beach entrance. We enjoyed having enough room for 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids. The pool table was a hit too. Nice views of the ocean from the balconies. However that being said, there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. I am kind of split on rather I would come again.
Roger R. Jun 2016
My family and kids loved the hot tub
Oleg V. Jun 2016
Overall this house is awesome, so is the location. Jacuzzi was always at the perfect temperature "hot". One thing tho, the fridge is pretty weak. It took all night to freeze our ice cream pops. And the outlets, like many other comments said earlier, needs to be changed. They don't hold your charger. I had to tape it. Otherwise it was great!!
Bogdan K. Jun 2016
The home was beautiful and cozy.
Vasu R. May 2016
Nice place close to the Beach. Hot tub and pool table was a huge hit with the kids.
Terry B. May 2016
House was very clean. Hot tub was great and fit five big men comfortably. Pool table was nice, bring own pool ques if you can. Beds were very comfortable. Nice new washer and dryer. Grill is on ocean side of house, it was too windy to stay lit most days. Hooked up video game system to tv and WiFi very easily. Planning on staying again.
Gayle C. Mar 2016
Overall the house was nice and we had a great time, but little issues that should have been fixed before guests stay should have been made. We would be willing to stay here again and honestly this house would be on a list of contenders but would not be number one, unless things are fixed.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see that the house was not perfect for you and will be sure to do a walk through to find anything that might need maintenance.
Chris K. Mar 2016
Great location and lovely home. Very good deal for the money.
Zach B. Feb 2016
Roland M. Oct 2015
Overall the stay was good. Location was perfect. The view was spectacular. Just needs a few tweaks.
Jessica M. Sep 2015
This home is very clean and spacious. Our group of 5 had more than enough space to move around without feeling crowded. Home was very clean with all the amenities to keep us entertained. Great hot tub on the deck, good pool table, comfortable beds, and plenty of kitchen ware for cooking and entertaining . I would definitely rent this home again in the future
Kyanne P. Aug 2015
A group of eight of us stayed in Paradise Found for a girls getaway and had a fabulous time! The location and views are superb and the house itself is lovely and very good for a large group, if a little loud with all the hardwood flooring (not a place to nap during the day unless you're a heavy sleeper).
The removal of bunk beds during our stay was a disappointment, but we were able to work around it and someone from the local office came to show us where the air mattresses were stored. Much appreciated!
Of course the hot tub was a MAJOR hit, but it would have been nice to have light on the lower deck at night. We saw a light fixture but could not locate the switch to save our lives (or maybe it's supposed to be on all the time and the bulb burned out?).
Lastly, the grill needs to be covered or maintained regularly because our resident grill experts could not get it to work - we stir-fried instead. :)
Overall, these were minor issues that would not stop us from booking the house again - in fact, we're already thinking of fall next year. If all issues are fixed we'll give the house an even better review next time!
Nathan G. Jul 2015
We stayed for a week with eight adults and four children. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Halfway through our stay the city made the manager remove the bunk beds from the game room due to a code violation. They provided air mattresses and we were able to spread the kids out and make it work. The main floor can be a little noisy with a lot of activity but that is to be expected. The house was clean and well equipped for us. The hot tub was serviced the day of our arrival and worked great at first but then 1/3 of the water leaked out and the tub went cold and was unusable. Other than the hit tub, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We would love to come back again some day!
W. O. May 2015
This house was great and met all of our needs. It had plenty of sleeping arrangements in four separate areas. It had a long table that accommodated our large group nicely. Good location in Roads End. Beautiful views from multiple locations in the house. The beach is visible from the house but it is a 10 minute walk. Nice house with good layout. Kitchen opens into the great room w/large table. Just off great room is large deck. Sleeping arrangements on all 3 levels (entry level, main level and loft areas), small tv in each bedroom and decks off the bedrooms. There is a full bathroom on all levels as well. Pool table and hot-tub in good condition (pool table cues needs new tips and chalk).
Manager response:
Thank you for your review. Our guest's comfort is our number one priority. Thanks for staying and please come again!
Elfreda G. Apr 2015
Very gorgeous house and views from all balconies and close walk to beach. My boys loved the pool room spent a lot of time in there. It has a place for all ages!
Kelli M. Mar 2015
Overall we were happy with our stay. The house is a short 3-4 block walk to the beach, but there is one large hill coming back to the house so keep this in mind if you have anyone with limited mobility, though you could easily drive and park your car near the beach entrance. The house was roomy and beautiful with plenty of sleeping space for our large extended family. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having three full bathrooms with our large group. Plenty of kitchen ware and towels. We loved the hot tub! The view was beautiful. The living room/kitchen/dining/loft is open and large which for our group (which included 6 grandkids between the ages of 1-7 running around) it was too loud. The floors are wood with no carpet. Even on the occasions when everyone was out and only a few adults were watching tv the sound level was high if anyone was doing anything else and made it hard to watch a movie at night while the parents were trying to put the little kids to bed. I think this house would be best for a large group of adults.
Manager response:
Thank you for your wonderful review! This is a big, beautiful home near the beach with enough room for everyone to have their own space and enough amenities to keep people of all ages entertained. I hope that despite the noise in the home, that everyone enjoyed themselves and we would love to have you as guests again soon!
Kelly B. Jan 2015
This is a beautiful place that is very clean and well kept. We had a very relaxing stay and highly recommend this place!
Manager response:
Thank you for your sincere review; It makes us smile knowing Paradise Found played a role in forming fond memories with family and friends.
