We stayed here and it is located right off magazine so you can walk to plenty of great places. The house was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

We stayed here last week. Loved it so much that we booked it again the following week. Brought our 9yo this time. He was excited about having his own room but not nearly as excited as he was about being so close to the zoo. Mom was happy too with the shops, grocery, and restaurants only 200ft from the house. If you need someone waiting on you hand a foot, get a hotel. If you want to be a local New Orleanian for a weekend, look no further. Can't rec this place highly enough. We will be staying here again soon.

The house is located 150ft from Magazine Street. Grocery, shopping, and restaurants are all about the same distance away. You could stay here and not have to walk more than 300ft the entire weekend. Audobon Zoo/Audubon Park is a half mile away too. Patrick was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone!

The house had everything we needed. The location was the best thing. It was in walking distance of stores and restaurants, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and everything in the house worked well.

The location was great, however, being next to the commercial parking lot, didn't appreciate the garbage collection at 3 AM.
Beds were very comfortable. The bathtub didn't drain well, it needs to be attended to.

The house was perfect for us and our 3 year old. It was clean and comfortable. Note that it is a shotgun style house so you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the back bedroom.
This was find with us as we had our 3 year old sleep in the back bedroom and we were able to hang out in the living room without disturbing him once he went to sleep. The location was perfect with easy access to Magazine St. shops, Whole Foods, and walking distance to the Streetcar line. We've stayed in several rentals in NOLA and this has been the best so far. Would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay in NOLA. The neighborhood is fun and convenient to shopping, Whole Foods, the streetcar, and great ice cream. Johnson (manager) is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is reasonably equipped.
