The Boothbay Harbor Bungalow boasts a roomy and updated kitchen, a first-floor queen bedroom and attached full bathroom, plus comfortable coastal furnishings throughout the home. There is also an additional room on the second floor that would accommodate a Pack 'N Play. This home has an enclosed sun porch that's ideal for morning coffee, reading, and even the occasional afternoon nap. Outside, guests are treated to a large back and side yard, perfect for children and/or dogs to run around and play. The back yard has Adirondack chairs, a picnic/dining table, and a propane grill.

Guests can easily walk to town to check out the boats, shops, galleries, and restaurants in under 10 minutes; walk to Barrett Park in about 15 minutes (about five minutes by car); and go for longer walks to Spruce Point in about 30 minutes (about 10 minutes by car). Scenic Ocean Point is about 15 minutes by car. No vacation to the area would be complete without a trip to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, which is rated as one of the top gardens in the country. Don't forget about their winter festival in December, which attracts visitors from states away! The Boothbay Railway Village is also a must-see and is less than a four-mile drive away. Even in the off-season, there is a core group of fantastic restaurants that stays open year-round, making Boothbay Harbor a wonderful destination any month of the year!
