Our unit at Timber Ridge was the perfect base camp for hiking and cycling. The Club House is an added bonus. However, Unit 500 has 2 issues. 1) the plumbing is very slow. This is not worth a star reduction but it is annoying. 2) the most important issue is that all the windows have been permanently closed so the only ventilation is opening the door to the balcony which lets every bug in the area in. This might not be an issue in the winter BUT IN THE SUMMER IT MADE SLEEPING VERY DIFFICULT!!!!!!
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Michael! The drains have been flushed and are working better. All of the bedroom windows do open, and this helps immensely with air circulation throughout the home. We hope to see you again!
