I needed a short-term monthly rental to get my bearings in Seattle and this was the perfect place to do that. It is a fully stocked home in an awesome location. The studio has been tastefully remodelled. The hosts are fantastic.

We were in town for a short business trip and didn't want to stay in a hotel during COVID, so we booked this place for one night. Process was super easy, and just what we needed. We loved the location as it is walkable to Golden Gardens (down a lot of stairs- 10 mins) and has a good coffee shop a few blocks away (mandatory) and was out of the hubbub of the city. The actual space worked fine for a short stay, full kitchen, comfortable couch and chair and workspaces, bathroom was fine and the place was clean upon arrival. Smelled like a wood fire but we opened up windows and it was fine by the time we returned from our walk. The bed was okay for us, but the one thing I would say is if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you (fridge cycling loudly through the night, little feet running around at 6am upstairs, cars buzzing by). Not awful, just noteworthy.
Manager response:

I really enjoyed my time here. It’s very quiet and centrally located. The studio is very clean and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. I’ll definitely book a stay at the Ballard Studio on a future trip to Seattle!

Well appointed, cozy, comfortable, modern, lots of natural light, convenient, in a residential neighborhood but within a short drive to lots of things...would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable Queen bed with soft sheets. Bathroom clean with fluffy towels. Nice kitchen for cooking and parking right outside. I gave it 4 stars only because you should be aware there is no TV or radio. I streamed stuff on my iPad
Manager response:
Hello Gerry- Thank you of your feedback! We have reached out to the owner of the home and they informed us that they just installed a smart TV as well as a Bluetooth radio system in the home. Thank you again for sharing!
