We’ve stayed here 6 months ago and we came back for another 2 night stay because the neighborhood is lovely and the house is perfect
Couldn't have been happier. Roomy, quiet, clean, and a block from the happening downtown scene of Boise.
Our stay was fine, plenty of room for three small children, however, the floors were dirty, not swept well or mopped. The rug in the living room was also dirty. The toilet was also dirty. We kept the kids in socks. We loved the location and would try to find a place near there again.
We apologize the home was not up to our standards of cleanliness. We have followed-up with housekeeping and believe it should not be an issue moving forward. Thank you!
Great location, very clean house. It is nice to have the grill in the backyard with chairs for outdoor fun. Vacasa staff promptly responded with full propane tank for grill when called.
Cute and cozy, enough room the 4 of us! We stayed 2 nights neighborhood was quite and delightful,no siren's or dogs barking! We would recommend this place its close to cute shops !well come back for sure!
El lugar es muy bonito, el baño es amplio, las camas son cómodas, el lugar estaba limpio. Todo muy lindo! Volvería otra vez
Central to downtown, Hyde Park, all of the North End, Camel's Back and many other parks and trails. Great area for walking. Nice little coffee shops and bars in Hyde Park, too.
Nice place, I'd stay there again.
Cool place in a cooler neighborhood!

Four adults stayed here and had a blast! The location is amazing and being able to use the bikes to get around was the cherry on top! We got to ride around and see the sites much more intimately than if we had been riding in a car.
the room I had was in basement of house it was large and clean
The bikes were about the favorite thing about this place! Beds comfy . This was our first experience with Vacasa and we lived it!
We enjoyed our stay in Boise
The two blocks from Hyde Park shops is excellent for our visits to the granddaughters. This apartment is in the basement of a large house, and we were very happy with it. Even with the air conditioner off most of the time, we were plenty cool enough. There is a surprising amount of natural light for a basement location. Two bedrooms and one bath along with a large kitchen and eating area gave us all the room we need and more than we even used.
We really enjoyed the location and space of this spot! There were people upstairs at night who were not especially quiet, but other than that we liked being there and loved being in the North End and so close to Hyde Park. I would recommend it.
We were so very happy with our Vacasa home rental choice! It is a great location close to downtown Boise, Hyde Park, and the Boise Foothills. The house was clean and felt welcoming and our stay was great!! Highly recommended!!
While it is a basement apartment is has plenty of daylight and does not feel like your typical basement. It has plenty of room for what we needed and a super easy walk to coffee and the downtown.
This unit was the best value we found. The area was great. Not much sound proofing from the unit above. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Even though it's the basement unit of the house, it's a great property and has lots of nice amenities. I really appreciated the dual shower heads and the heater was nice and warm throughout the house which was important since it had just snowed a ton and was freezing out. I'd definitely stay there again and the price was right!
Great place overall! The bed sheets had dog or cat hair on it, but there was a washer and dryer to wash them.
Kitchen was very very clean and had everything for our basic needs. The dishwasher had water in the bottom and seemed to be plugged. We didn't try to use it.
Bathroom was very clean.
This rental is the basement of a tri-plex. So if there are guests in the other rentals upstairs you can hear them walking around. A bit more than in a hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights and it bothered us a couple times, but otherwise was inconsequential.
This rental is in a great location and is 15 minutes or less to almost everything we wanted to see. Great place to take quiet walks and also is close enough to walk to downtown without issue.
Would definitely look at staying here if we come to Boise again.
Excellent location, walking distance to downtown restaurants, Camelback trails, yoga and Boise Co-op. Quiet residential street with no parking issues. Basement unit with low ceilings and some uneven floors but clean and comfortable. Good place to experience Boise's North End.
Comfortable place in an excellent location.
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment - it was perfect for our needs. Hyde park has nice hiking trails, is a good location near various shops and restaurants, and a short walk to downtown. We visited the market in town and enjoyed the local sights. We would absolutely stay again!
We really enjoyed that there was a place to sit outside. We like to sit outside at our own home, so it was nice to still be able to do that while we were traveling. The property was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Awesome location. Very very clean home. Thanks!

Nice, clean, quiet place. The bikes were a great feature of staying here!
Clean, cozy and the perfect location. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
we will stay here again if we end up back in the area. Thank you
Very nice, simple accommodations. Well-stocked kitchen. Great location. Boise is a fun place to visit, and the bikes offered with this rental came in handy!!
Our home was very clean and comfortable. The house and lawn was all maintained and it was very affordable.
This home was lovely. Updated, quiet, clean, air conditioned, charming neighborhood . So much better than staying at a hotel. The neighborhood with the restaurants and outdoor seating two blocks away is wonderful.
Well renovated, and in the perfect spot, near Camels Back, Hyde Park, and downtown. Can't be beat for the price.
Beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and neat.
Any one who has traveled as much as I have enjoys a departure from the blandness of hotels rooms and impersonal nature of the hotel areas, this cute basement apartment is so cosy, yet roomy enough for 2, or even 2 couples, then walk to one of the most vibrant little tucked away neighborhoods in Boise, yet walking distance to downtown and the Capital area. Lots of fun, friendly local places nearby.
We had a great stay. It's located in the North End (Boiss best neighborhood), walking distance to downtown, and just a few blocks from Camelsback Park (gateway to the mountains).
We stayed here for just one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. We had our two young kids with us and we fit perfectly. We loved the neighborhood and I even went for a run in the morning. Very safe and nice. Close to downtown. For those with kids, there was a little park a few blocks away with a playground. We would stay here again.
Good value, enjoyed kitchen, laundry and 2 bedrooms within unit. Great location.
This was my first time renting a vacation rental, and I was a little nervous. The rental exceeded expectations and it was so easy to book and so accessible once we were there! The apartment was clean and comfortable and quiet. The key pad access was so easy to use. The apartment was so kept up and there were plenty of towels and amenities in the kitchen. There was plenty of street parking. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Boise!
This is a great "home base" for visiting Boise. Our two kids had a great time, it had enough for breakfast in the morning, and allowed us to relax after touring Boise all day. Besides the TV/Netflix/Amazon to watch there isn't anything to do at the home. It was perfect for us!
This place is darling and a nice size. It's really well located which is probably the best part. It's definitely functional tho obviously very inexpensively done. The floors are a bit wonky as they aren't level by any stretch of the imagination. And only one bed is remotely comfy. They chose a nice medium to firm foam mattress in one room and a soft unsupportive one in the other (thankfully our toddler didn't complain.) But with my back no way could I have slept a night on it without major pain the next day. Lastly, it should be noted somewhere so I'll be the one to do it. When and if someone stays in the upstairs unit it is very loud when they walk. Very very loud. We could tell the people were walking normally, not stomping or anything. Just the way the place is made it has zero sound protection. I wouldn't have cared if I didn't have my toddler with me who needed good sleep. It was really surprising and the noise happens in every room. Just think that's something that should
Be shared so people have the option. Thankfully it was just over the weekend so the rest of our visit was very peaceful.
We appreciate your feedback and will discuss it with the owners.
Great for business travel to Boise. Close to downtown and plenty of space for our needs. There was a glitch with receiving the access code but when we finally were able to reach customer service they sent us the code.
The home was nice and the interior decor and design exceeded expectations. There was a mishap with a maintenance issue, but those were addressed in my notes and hopefully fixed. The downtown area was definitely the place to be, "Hyde Perk", "Goldy's", and "Boise Fry Company". The beds in the home were great and comfortable, but the TV lacked many channels, so i'd bring a laptop to connect to the HDMI. Other than that, great stay!
Overall, our stay suited our needs. The location was fantastic, as being close to downtown was important to us. We were able to cook meals and walk to a few neighborhood restaurants in Hyde Park, as we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy. One thing I will note however, the walls are paper thin and being that this is a basement property, noise from the neighbors above was almost constantly audible. Don't expect luxury here but I can't stress enough the convenience of the location and that overall, things were very clean and new. I would recommend this unit if you are on a budget but looking for a fairly spacious unit for two couples or a small family.
Excellent value for money and great location
I was here on a business trip. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Nice neighborhood within walking distance of good restaurants and a quick drive to downtown. Quiet house and comfortable bed. This is a perfect place for the business traveler who is getting tired of staying in hotels.
Quiet street in the Hyde Park area with restaurants just around the corner.
Comfortable beds!!! Nice place to stay.
A coworker and I stayed here while traveling to Boise for work. The location was great; only about a mile from the office. Having a 2 bedroom apartment was much more comfortable than being squeezed into a hotel room together. This is a very spacious apartment and looks to have recently been remodeled. I highly recommend it, especially for the price.
