Great location and very nice house all around.
Will recommend and definitely would stay in the same house next year!

We love this house and have stayed twice now . We've seen moose, fox and deer on the property. The house unfortunately is showing wear and tear from being a rental, missing window screens, no wine opener , filthy bath rugs, dirty dishes and windows you can barely see out of . Having said that the house is stunning and will most likely rent it again if issues are addressed.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Brian. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay! We will ensure that all areas of concern are addressed appropriately in an effort to provide a more pleasant stay for our guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again soon.

Everything worked very well. Layout was fantastic. Very private.

The house was very nice and clean. Updated with nice decor and thoughtful layout. The house had nice spacious rooms with nice bathrooms and was perfect for our family of five, plus two grandparents. It is close enough to downtown Breckenridge (5 minutes) but far enough away to feel like you can relax in the quiet of the mountains.

House is cozy. Away from downtown.

This home was great...truly a luxury residence in every way. The Upper Warriors Mark shuttle was very convenient, dropping off near the base of Peak 9. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle, either coming or going from the mountain. I would give this residence 5 stars; however the master bedroom bed was substandard. The bed frame is broken and the springs in the mattress seem broken, such that there was no support and the bed felt more like sleeping in a hammock than a bed. I ended up sleeping on the floor to spare my back. One suggestion for the owners - develop a home handbook with instructions on how to use the fireplaces, thermostats, TV, adjust hot tub temp, access the free shuttle, etc. We figured these things out eventually, but would have been easier with some simple instructions. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again if the owner addresses the master bedroom issue.
Manager response:
Hi, Dorothy! We are so glad you enjoyed the home! The bed frame in the master bedroom has been repaired, and we have included instructions for the fireplace. Thank you for staying with us.
