We enjoyed our stay in Phoenix at this home. It was definitely on the older side but nicely remodeled. The living areas were spacious, 3 of the room had big beds, and the 4th room had a smaller sofa bed style sleeper. One of the couches in the living room was also a sofa bed! The pool was fantastic as was the outdoor seating area. Obviously it was so hot during our stay (July), and the pool was perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet considering the freeway is right next to it and plethora of stores around, World Market is right around the corner, Fry's grocery, and tons of shopping/restaurants. As the review below stated, the house would benefit from another half bath, especially since we had a baby in the master bedroom that put the master bath out of commission while the baby was asleep, poor planning on our part. There was also a huge puddle out front that looks like is doing harm to the front of the house.

All that said we enjoyed our stay, nice area, spacious living areas, big beds, nice pool, and excellent A/C.

House was as described. It was perfect for our group of 6 but would fit 8 comfortably. Only downside is not having at least a 1/2 bath instead of just two bathrooms (one being in the master bedroom). It is one of two houses in a tiny cul de sac. I loved the location and the proximity to the freeway and multiple places to eat, along with grocery stores. They had a book with recommendations of places to eat in the area and we tried two locations and were not disappointed. I would return again but might hesitate just due to the bathroom situation.
