Rustic cabin with a private patio and shared pools, hot tubs & resort amenities!

This gorgeous Black Butte Ranch vacation rental is the epitome of rustic chic, combining stainless steel appliances with bear skin rugs! Ideal for groups of six, this home is both an artist's retreat and an outdoor adventurer's dream!

Hedge Nettle Cabin is surrounded by the Deschutes National Forest and the Cascade Range. Walk out your front door to find magnificent views of Mt. Jefferson, or grab a fishing pole and head to Phalarope Lake. Skiers can travel just 20 minutes to alpine trails at Hoodoo Resort, and guests will enjoy the amenities at Black Butte Ranch any time of year.

The ranch offers a spa, pools, hot tubs, fitness courts, and facilities at the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center. Enjoy two 18-hole golf courses and more than 18 miles of paved walking and bicycling trails.

This cabin is a gorgeous getaway, combining elements of nature with rustic beauty. The two-story home pairs hardwood floors, tribal prints, and taxidermy to create a space that is both inviting and chic. A wood-burning fireplace takes center stage in the downstairs living room, while a seating nook wraps around the dramatic rock mantle and is the coziest part of the house!

Settle into a book from the library in the leather recliner, or gather your group around the glass coffee table for a round of board games. Soft red accents, vaulted ceilings, and large windows make this the perfect spot for an afternoon hang out! Enjoy a quiet night in thanks to a flatscreen cable TV, CD player, and stereo. Though nestled in a tree-lined landscape, this house offers WiFi so you can document your adventures or get caught up on last-minute emails!

Moose antlers and a vintage chandelier become the focal point of the dining room. The round antique dining table comfortably seats six and is a great gathering place at meal times. Appetizers and cocktails are perfectly suited on the kitchen island which separates the kitchen from the dining room, and provides seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a French door refrigerator so you can whip up a holiday feast, or stock the cabinets with staples for families on the go!

Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room ideal for keeping your outdoor gear fresh and your guests comfortable for extended stays! Beyond the laundry room is an enclosed sun room complete with vintage wicker furniture and a bistro table for four. Enjoy a cat nap in the sunny room or dive into your morning coffee as the sun rises through the trees.

The staircase showcases deer and elk mounts, combined with natural furs. At the top of the staircase is a unique office space complete with a desk and bearskin rug! With three bedrooms, one loft, and two full bathrooms, this Black Butte Ranch cabin offers plenty of room for six guests. The bedrooms are charming with plaid patterns, and sturdy wooden headboards and foot boards. One downstairs bedroom offers a queen-size bed. Upstairs, one room offers another queen and private balcony, and the third bedroom offers a queen and twin-size bed.

The single-car garage is spacious for one vehicle and plenty of outdoor gear, and outside the grounds are specked with towering pine trees. A platform backyard patio (and privacy wall) offers bistro tables and a gas grill ideal for entertaining! Turn on the stereo and dance under the stars on your very own dance floor or bring out a cooler of beer and watch the sunset.

Plan a day trip in the quaint city of Sisters, which offers family festivals, rodeos, boutiques, and restaurants. There's really no better place to explore the Deschutes National Forest than here at the Hedge Nettle Cabin!

This Central Oregon vacation rental offers all the beauty, functionality, and comfort of your very own cabin in the woods.

*At check-in, please be aware that the resort will collect a $9 daily fee for every guest 7 years and older for access.

Hedge Nettle Cabin was clean and comfortable. We loved the close location to beautiful Glaze Meadow and the Glaze Meadow pool facility. We had a great time with the family!

Clean house in a quiet location. The animal pelts, wood paneling and taxidermy create a cabin like feel. Some furnishings seem a bit dated but a comfortable house non-the-less.

Black Butte Ranch is a great location for visiting Sisters and an easy drive to Bend. Appreciated multiple pools throughout the resort so none are too crowded. Hedge Nettle Cabin was the perfect size for two families of three (kids shared a room). Lots of puzzles and games for fun while staying in. Well equipped kitchen.

Very nice rustic cabin. It's a bit dated but well maintained. Price is right.

We found this house to be very clean, attractive and comfortable. All bedrooms have queen beds which is nice when travelling with three couples. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything one could need. It is located on a culdesac so very little traffic.
We were very happy renting this house!

Located on a quiet street, this Black Butte home has a bit of a rustic cabin touch. The house was very clean, and everything worked just fine four our party of 4 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed eating outside.

Cozy home. Love the woodstove for snowy days and lodge style high ceiling in the family room. The house shows its age in places, but it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is small. We would stay here again

Great location

We recently stayed at the hedge nettle cabin on Black Butte Ranch for 4 nights. The pros: Black Butte is a wonderful family vacation location with so many things to do. The house had unique decorations with high arched ceilings. The sheets and towels were freshly cleaned. Greg, one of the property managers, was very responsive to our requests when we had issues with the house. The cons: the place felt dusty with lots of cobwebs on most of the hanging lighting and ceiling areas. The weather was quite hot, and since there was no AC, when we went to open windows at night, several windows had no screens (downstairs bedroom window, all sunroom windows, kitchen, and dining area windows). Greg did come build us one for the bedroom window which was super helpful, but still it was difficult to cool the house at night without letting a bunch of bugs in. The barbecue was dirty and had no lighter or cleaning brush (again, Greg helped us with that). Overall, we were a bit disappointed with the accommodations for the price we paid.

Stayed for a long weekend, charming house with plenty of room for 6 people. The kids enjoyed having a vast trove of kitchen supplies to make cookies and pies. Very low traffic area and quiet. High-performing wi-fi was very welcome.

The house is in a good location at the top of Glaze Meadows and very quiet. The living area is very comfortable and furnished in rustic lodge with a nice dining table. The kitchen and baths are 60's and so a little dated, and could use a remodel. The mattresses on the beds could be replaced as they sag. If the beds were better we would return to the property.

Very comfortable and clean. Loved the sunroom for reading and napping. The kitchen was well stocked.

Great house and decor (minus the Oregon Beavers stuff). Would stay again and recommend to a friend. Only complaint is there were no spices/condiments, only had salt, pepper and sugar.

Truly a quintessential Black Butte home, very clean and comfortable. Vaulted great room design, amazing ironwork fixtures and railing feature ponderosa trees, mountains and wildlife. Amazing mounted deer, elk, antelope, moose horns, bear skin decorate the vault. Clearly loved by the owner family, we felt like honored guests in their home.

Updated kitchen appliances, iwell equipped with generations of dishes and cooking tools, everything a chef needs. Do bring your basics, like spices, sugar, oil, Saran and Aluminum foil. There's literally nothing here but salt and pepper.

Everything is dated, but exceptionally comfortable and squeaky clean. Huge dining table, plus two glass top dining tables on the deck. Lots of room for friends and families. Loved it, we'll be back.
