From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you can head over to the Quarry Pool, where the zero-line pool is warm and welcoming for children and adults, the chairs are comfortable, and the view of the mountains is incredible. Hang out for poolside lunch and drink service. Just across from the pool are well-maintained tennis courts, and just adjacent to the pool is an excellent playground for kids. There is a five-mile jogging, biking, and walking path just outside the back door to help you enjoy the forested area in and around Caldera. Head to Sunriver on the bike paths to enjoy the world-famous Sunriver Brewing, the High Desert Museum, or the Lava River Cave. In the winter, check out the slopes or play in the snow. Visit the Lakehouse for great views of Mt. Bachelor, cozy fireplaces, a pool table, and indoor shuffleboard.
