Eco-friendly Caldera Springs home w/ private hot tub & shared pool/golf!

Skip the crowds and the endless traffic circles of Sunriver and head over to the quiet community of Caldera Springs! We welcome you to stay in our five-bedroom home, designed to be eco-friendly from the ground up. From the FSC-certified hardwood floors and locally sourced cabinetry and countertops to the no-VOC paints and finishes, our home was intended to be healthy for the environment—and for you!

This home is not your typical, lodge-style Central Oregon home. Instead, it is an upscale, refreshingly modern, bright home that has all the amenities you would want for a great vacation!

The perfect day in Caldera? Lay in bed and gaze at the forest, sit on the back patio and enjoy a steaming cup of coffee, and walk or bike the paths through the forest. In the winter, head to the slopes or play in the snow. In the summer, hang out at the resort-like Quarry Pool (and hot tubs) with poolside lunch and drink service. Finish up your day enjoying the clear skies and crisp nights in the hot tub with homemade frozen drinks, and then sit by the fireplace as you relax with your friends and family.

Challenge your loved ones to an air hockey or table tennis match in our large bonus room, complete with a TV, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. Your kids will enjoy our cozy bunk room with custom built-in bunks (and electrical outlets in each). Other features at the house include cable TV, a Weber natural gas grill that's perfect for salmon or steaks, and a well-equipped kitchen with cool concrete countertops and integral sinks. You'll have everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, including a full range of spices, an electric griddle, a resort-style waffle iron, a Blendtec blender, a sno-cone maker, and a great stock of pots, pans, and bakeware.

There is a five-mile jogging, biking, and walking path just outside the back door to help you enjoy the forested area in and around Caldera. Head over to Sunriver on the bike paths to enjoy the world-famous Sunriver Brewing, the High Desert Museum, or the Lava River Cave. Visit the Lakehouse for great views of Mt. Bachelor, cozy fireplaces, a pool table, indoor shuffleboard, complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the winter, and the delicious Zuppa Café in the summer. Or, take the provided roasting sticks down to the firepits by the Caldera Springs Lakehouse to roast marshmallows and enjoy the sunset.

Feeling the need for a workout or a swim? From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you can head over to the Quarry Pool where the zero-line pool is warm and welcoming for children and adults, the chairs are comfortable, and the view of the mountains is incredible. Want to work out or soak in the hot tub year-round? The Quarry Pool has a full-service gym complete with treadmills, elliptical machines, basic weights, TV screens, and a locker room. Just across from the pool are well-maintained tennis courts, and just adjacent to the pool is a great playground for kids.

We love everything about this place. We try to return as much as possible and we love sharing the experience with family/friends.
Beautiful, relaxing and a great way to enjoy the PNW!
