Our family stayed here during a family wedding at the White Room. Very easy walk to venue and plenty of party space for family members cars. The house was clean and had everything you would need.

We were close to downtown.
Manager response:
Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed being so close to downtown. We hope to host you again soon!

Near downtown, had most of necessities, and more spacious than a hotel

Multiple bedrooms accommodated 7 of us easily

Conveniently located in historic center. Comfortable and spacious with well stocked kitchen supplies, toiletries and hotel quality towels.

Opportunities for a perfect stay:
Need more comfortable seating in first floor livingroom. Although 2nd floor sectional was nice, we had to go up and down stairs to get drinks and snacks. Dining room chairs were antique and were not comfortable. Suggest adding a shower head in 3rd bath.

We were a little skeptical of the neighborhood, but we didn’t have any trouble.

We will stay again at the Mermaid house.
