Convenient location. 100 feet from the free shuttle. Quiet. Reasonably priced. Master bedroom mattress was sunken in the middle and overdue for replacement. Woke up with a sore back every morning. Clothes dryer out of order. Minimal closet space and storage. Stove top burners worked but worn.
Marvin, we are pleased to hear you enjoyed the location. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us. We passed your comments along to our local manager to review. We look forward to hosting you again!

This place has real potential to be great with a little TLC. Kitchen surfaces and bathroom fixtures clean but walls filthy. Blinds dusty and windows dirty. But the worst part was by far the smell, dead fish or something similarly offensive. Positives: great location and enough room for 5 of us to be comfortable.
Hi, Kristina! We are glad to see your group was comfortable in the home home. The property manager is replacing the electric stove inserts, and the owner is looking into a new washer and dryer set. We do hope to see you again. Thank you!

Unit had all that you needed. The pictures make it look nicer that it really was. It was much older than I originally thought. Sofa was an uncomfortable futon. Beds were uncomfortable. Kitchen appliances looked like they were 20+ years old. Balcony was so small it was not useable. In addition, it was full of snow so could only crack the door open. Do they ever shovel it before a guest arrives?? Basically, this unit was just a place to sleep, but not hang out too long.
Hi, Daren! We are sorry to read you were not fully satisfied with your experience and apologize the weather has such a poo impact on your stay. We have suggested some updates to the owner. Thank you!

This place was very very dated. Instructions to get into the building were lacking. Gives a gate code and there is no gate it’s to the door tucked away to the side. It took the shuttle driver, other attendants staying there, and myself to figure out how to get in the building. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors and every car that drives by (since it’s right off the freeway). All three beds and the futon were hard as a rock, and the pillows were very thin. The window seal had missing trim and insulation was sticking out. The oven is from the 70’s and we couldn’t even figure out how to use it. We turned the front right burner on the stove and the back right burner heated up. The hair dryer is from the 80’s and is stuck to the wall. You can’t use the hair dyer and the microwave at the same time. Other wise the hair dryer stops working. The dryer lint collecter was completely ripped up. The carpet has stains. The bedroom door has a hole in it like someone punched it. There is Christmas figurines out and it’s almost February. Oh and they also went all out and left us with ONE hanger. I would recommend spending a few more dollars to stay someplace nicer.
We are sorry to read your stay was not better. We are fine tuning the instructions for entering the building to help prevent any confusion, we have added more hangers and pillows, and the oven has been confirmed as functional. We are discussing improvements with the owner and hope to know more this spring. Thank you for staying with us!

the price was low;
HOWEVER the kitchen was terrible--only 2 burners on stove worked, limited kitchen utensils, no closets --just drawer chest--terrible lighting--uncomfortable futon style couch. Clearly bronze level accommodation. At least it was clean and the bathrooms clean and functional--but again, we were just sleeping there and not living there!
We are sorry to read you were not fully satisfied with your accommodations, Michael. We have shared your comments with the owner and have maintenance scheduled to take care of the burners on the stove. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future. Thank you!
