The cabin was cozy. We loved the secluded location. The cabin was stocked well. The beds were comfortable.
We only used two of the bedrooms. We did find a dead mouse on the first floor bed. There was droppings from the mouse on the bed also. We were not using that room thankfully. I contacted management and informed them of the situation in which they said they would take care of. It was not taken care of while we were there but I had let them know that we were not accessing that floor at all. If we had of been using this floor, I am not sure that we would have continued our stay.
Otherwise, everything was wonderful.
Thank you for making us aware of the uninvited guest that gained cabin access. This home is on a regular bi-weekly program with Terminex just as the majority of mountain homeowners opt for and with which we have largely successful experiences. Occasionally, and almost always during winter months, one particularly determined outsider will gain entry to the cabin. We regret that this occurred, especially during your stay over the holidays. We apologize for this inconvenience and we hope to host you for a great stay in the future.

Nice house in a good location. Water smells bad with small water heater, 1 low flow shower per hour.
Terry, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We will be sure to pass your comments regarding the water flow along to our local manager for consideration. We look forward to hosting you again!

What a wonderful place! Found it to be super-comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful. The private deck was sublime, particularly in the mornings, and the hot tub is a nice touch.
