Clean and close to the mountain resorts

Easy access to the Lake and places nearby. Nice to have a hot tub available. No wine glasses for our evening dinner and couldn’t find hot pads to get dinner out of the over.

The beds aren’t very comfortable, the home smells and carpet stained... no cable TV and parking pass and access card to amenities were not left inside home - so we had to wait Until the office was open to retrieve them. Light shines through the windows, some do not have window coverings and others are thin.
Manager response:
Hi, Julie! We are sorry to read you had some inconveniences with your stay. The parking and rec passes should always be left in the unit, and we apologize this was missed for your reservation. Housekeeping is scheduled to clean the carpets and have been reminded to check under all furnishings. Thank you!

When I opened the door to enter the property for the first time, I was greeted with over twenty urine stains on the carpet. In addition, bed sheets were draped on the bedroom doors, towels were in the dryer and neither was the front porch and balcony swept.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see you encountered an unfinished clean, Wayne. The carpets are scheduled to be cleaned, and we have reminded our housekeeping team to finish each job. Thank you!

The location is great and you feel secluded but are close to the beach and shopping. Plenty of room for our family.
