Perfect location. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood yet close enough to all the action on Duval. The condo had everything we needed, loved having a dedicated parking spot too. Happy hour on the back porch and afternoons at the pool, what more do you need.

Outstanding first time in Key West. The condo was very convenient and had everything we could have expected and more. Definitely lots of amenities. It was nice having our own assigned parking spot and enjoyed the tranquility of a gated community. Our children especially enjoyed the splash pad in Truman Waterfront Park just a few steps away. Definitely great location.

This property is located in a beautifully landscaped, quiet part of town, yet only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. We enjoyed the use of the private community pool and walks along the Truman Waterfront Park, a short walk down the street. Condo is comfortable and well equipped. Would stay here again.

Property was exactly as depicted in description with all the amenities of home. Nice quiet location just a couple blocks from Duval Street. Enjoyed the off street parking, grounds and pool. No issues whatsoever. We would stay here again.

We loved staying here! Perfect location. Super clean and very nicely decorated. Comfy and felt like home. It was so nice being so close to the pool, bike rentals, Duval Street and anything else we could possibly want to do! We definitely plan to stay here again. This would be our first choice for any future trip to key west!

Walking distance to Devol Street and many local restaurants and bars. The unit had a beautiful balcony for casual meals and lounging.

The condo was just as we expected, plenty of room for us to hang out, amazing front and rear porches to sit and have breakfast and happy hour drinks on. Nice and bright with the extra light from the end unit windows. The grounds are well kept, and having an off street parking spot is a huge bonus. We loved being able to walk to Duval street in minutes, and stopped at our favorite music spot, The Green Parrot, almost every night on our way back home.

Cozy and clean. This was a great place to stay for our family. We really just needed to get groceries and unpack our clothes. It felt like a home away from home. We will definitely stay there again!
