Parking Notes: Parking spaces are not dedicated. The parking garage is underneath the building. Guests may park anywhere in the garage. Once guests have checked in, they will need to display parking passes at all times while in the garage. There is a max of two vehicles per unit. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers allowed on property.

This was our 5th stay at this condo. We highly recommend 303 at the Sterling Reef. The owners have made it extremely comfortable. The beds are great, it’s decorated very nicely, up to date appliances, and they supply all you need in the kitchen to cook all your own meals.
It’s located on what we think is a quieter end of the beach and close to Alf Coleman traffic light so you can easily get to Hutchinson or 98 and miss the traffic that can build on Front Beach Rd.
We rent this condo even it’s just the two of us staying. it’s that comfortable. We will be back.

The view was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The bathtubs had hooks in them so we could hang our swimsuits to dry. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and decorated nicely. We will definately rent this condo again!!!

We stayed at Sterling Reef 303 during August 2020. It was clean, nicely appointed, and directly on the beach. There were plenty of towels, both beds were comfy (secondary bed was listed as a Queen, but is actually a full), a nice living area and kitchen. The balcony to look out over the ocean is wonderful (balcony has 4 chairs, tables and a lounger)! Even though it is listed as 303, the first floors are actually the parking structure, so parents of littles, be aware it is actually the 6th floor up, if you are worried about height. We loved the giant tub/showers. The kitchen is well stocked (no cockpot, but everything else I could think of-even a pitcher to mix drinks in) and the owners even left sample size dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and paper towels and toilet paper! It was a nice touch, for sure. The facility is lovely and well maintained. There are only 2 elevators for the property, so you may have to wait a little bit on your way down to the ocean. There was a sandbar almost directly in front of Sterling Reef, and we enjoyed everyday at the beach! The location is about halfway between Pier Park and Pineapple Willy's, is close to Walmart and our PCB favorite restaurant Firefly. We were very happy to have found thia gem of location: grrat price for a lovely stay!

We stayed in this building before but this particular condo was perfect for our family. All of the furniture was up-to-date and the huge balcony was an outstanding selling point. The location was perfect as well.

I will start with the positives: The location is excellent and the beach was one of the least crowded since there were no close public accesses. The unit itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, well furnished, and had comfortable beds.
I would only speak negatively in regards to the building itself. It is an older building with only one elevator access that stayed full and slow moving. We had to take the stairs quite a bit; which was fine— except when we were carrying a lot of luggage or groceries. Also there is no on-site supervision to enforce the rules. Our balcony neighbors were up screaming and cheering excessively loud into all hours of the night and also emptied a bag of large ice chunks over the side of the entry walkway directly onto the hood of my vehicle which was parked three levels down on the top of the parking garage.
Again, this particular unit is perfection but the building needs updates and better enforcements of their policies which is why I took off 1 Star.

This was an amazing condo! It was updated and had amazing views. I love that you can see the ocean from the living room/dining room area and the master bedroom. The deck is a really good size with plenty of room to enjoy the views/sunsets and eat out on the balcony while listening and watching the waves crash. We will definitely be back!

This was one of our most favorite condos we have ever stayed at, it had plenty of room and the amenities were perfect. The 3rd floor was great because the view was amazing and it wasn't too far to ride on the elevator or stairs if you wanted to. The 4th of July holiday was spectacular fireworks everywhere and having the pier close made for the perfect view!!! I would rate this a 11 out of 10 for overall quality and location!

Accommodations were excellent. We felt right at home. Management team is wonderful. They take great care of the bldg. we had absolutely Zero complaints. We will definitely return to the same room. We travel to Florida twice a year and are looking forward to planning our fall trip in room 303 at Sterling Reef.
We were very surprised with our room. We had looked at other sites that were way more expensive for half the size. We were not expecting what we saw when we walked in. We will definitely stay here again. The staff here deserves a definite thumbs up.
The condo was excellent! Beautiful view of the ocean and pier from the huge balcony. Mostly everything we needed was already there. We had a great Christmas here with our 2 boys. Not only that but my now fiancÈ proposed on Christmas on the beach under the full moon! We loved the boat ride with Sea Screamer. It was 2 hours, we saw dolphins, the captain and skipper were wonderful. Worth every penny. Thank you so much!
