Welcome to Lani Kai 127! This cozy two bedroom condo sits right across the street from Alabama's sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features updated furnishings, including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. Enjoy making a home cooked meal in the condo's full kitchen with plenty of seating for dining with the family. This condo is very centrally located and is close to a variety of shops and restaurants. It's only one mile and a half to Escape House Waterville and five miles to the famous Gulf State Park Pier. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is only two miles from your door. Do you and your friends enjoy the outdoors? Then head one mile northeast to Wade Ward Nature Park and enjoy the beautiful and natural wetlands and the wildlife, including otters, pelicans, and sometimes alligators.

Check in process was a breeze. Parking is directly under condo and easy and quick to come and go. No elevator waiting. Quick walk to the beach across the road. More of a laid back stay at this cozy condo.

Great place. Beautiful decor. Fully stocked kitchen. Easy access to beach. Great pools. Quiet. Convenient to stores and entertainment. Lots of space for sleeping. Private balcony. Only problem was we were unable to extend our stay another night, but that was because someone else had it booked. Will definitely use this condo again.

This condo was updated and extremely comfortable for our little families overnight vacation! The biggest problem was the door frame and lock. Upon arrival we noticed that when trying to open the door, the entire door frame was coming off. My husband was able at that point to figure out how to get it open for us to bring our belongings inside. When inside, there were no car tags to put in our car as directed to do so in the registration instructions. Thankfully there were no issues! When leaving again in the evening to go to dinner, I realized I left my cell phone in the condo. We tried getting back in and the code would not work. The backup lock box code was not working either! It was very apparent that many others prior to us have had the same problem. My husband and I tried several times with no luck! We could’ve very easily broken the door with each try due to the condition of the door frame. We finally decided to call Vacasa to see what they could do. The call initially said that I would be on hold for an hour. We decided at that point to leave for dinner and just stay on hold. I stayed on hold all through our dinner and for a total of two hours! At that point Stevie answered our call and was extremely helpful! I even accidentally hung up at one point and she called back immediately. She was able to credit us on our bill for the inconvenience and also stayed on the line with us until we reached the condo again. At that point we realized that the lock box code that we were given initially was wrong. She gave us one universal code that would allow us entrance and was extremely helpful! All of this to say the condo itself was very nice, very comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep! It is a short distance to the beach and all of the other attractions you could want! IF they are able to fix this issue, that apparently has been happening for sometime now, we would be happy to book this condo again in the future! I would check to make sure this has been resolved before booking though!

Just a few things not right with the room. I went by the office first, glad I did. The code I received via email was wrong but I was given a good code at the front desk. We enjoyed the condo overall. I have no problems staying here again.

Living space was a little small, but nice. Same with bathroom. Bedroom and bed were great. Nice appliances, except oven. While pre-heating, oven started billowing smoke. Had to turn it off and open windows to air the place out. Great location, lots of places within walking distance. Only annoyance was construction on building next door, very loud, and sometimes condo would shake due to heavy equipment being used.

Close proximity to the beach access crosswalk. Unit was exactly as pictured and very nice. My family enjoyed our first ever Gulf Shores trip... Would definitely stay in this unit again!
