This house is nicely done inside, well stocked with all the comforts of home. Not a huge house but plenty of room for our family. Very close to the lake & parks, a short jaunt to several stores. A little silly to have to park around back & have to walk around the house each time to the front to enter but not a huge deal. Would stay here again.

We had a great time in Coeur d'Alene at this property. We had a large group (11 adults) and we all were comfortable in the home.

Pros: 1 mile or 15 min walk from downtown CDA. You can take the Centennial Trail through North Idaho College which takes you near the lake and large park and through beautiful scenery. The lot was big enough for us to hang out inside or outside. There were enough towels plus towels for the beach which is a huge plus given the amount of people we had staying with us.

Cons: We couldn't find a broom to sweep the floors and the beds were somewhat uncomfortable. There was a shop located on the back of the property where the owner came by one of the days we were there and was there for an hour or so. That may bother some who rent this property.

Because this home is so central and an easy walk to beautiful CDA, I wouldn't give it less than a 5 star.

We look forward to staying here again!

We absolutely loved this house! It was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and a great fenced yard for our dogs. We happened meet the owners. We really liked them. They were friendly, informative, and helpful.

We weren't sure why there were so few reviews on this house until we were told that during the school year it's used as overflow student housing. Don't let that put you off. We felt right at home and there was more than enough room for 5 adults and our dogs. It's right next to the college, within walking distance to downtown, the lake and beaches, and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and there's lots of parking in the back.

We will definitely be renting this great home next summer when we come for a week's stay to visit family.
