A beautiful condo. Came with everything we needed. Loved the fresh cut flowers on the table. Very dog friendly. Our husky loved playing with all the awesome toys. Will most definitely rebook. Awesome hiking trails all around.

Loved the condo! Amazing views and floor plan. Only 1 complaint... the walls are super thin and it is a bottom floor unit. The owners above had the tv so loud that we could hear it over our tv until 1 am. Overall the condo is greaT!

Master bedroom Sheets/comforter/ mattress cover COVERED in dog hair upon arrival at checkin. It took multiple calls to vacasa to get someone from the local mgmt team to come and address it (there was no detergent at the property for us to wash the linens ourselves or we would’ve done it so we didn’t have to Wait for them to act ). Local property manager arrives and gives nothing but excuses for the dirty condition of the property. Master bath wet was also covered in hair and smelled terrible. Love prop mgr says he couldn’t believe the condition of the property and why it was like that (shouldn’t someone have checked it prior to our arrival to make sure it was clean and good for guest checkin?)? Property mgr stated he would send a cleaner back the following day at a certain time to fix what was wrong, and didn’t. Instead he called me after that time we had agreed on and made another excuse as to why he didn’t send the cleaner and to ‘make sure we still wanted someone to come’. Blinds in master bedroom broken, rendering it impossible to raise them and go out of those doors. We noticed this was reported back in December 2019 From a prior guest. When I read that review I assumed it was fixed by now....but I was wrong . We stayed there feb 2020 and they were still broken or notice from local property mgr regarding the blinds being broken and what to do to go our those doors or how to raise them while broken . No info onsite for local property mgr contact , or where to dispose of trash. Only way to get in contact with anyone is through vacasa main number but it takes times to actually get a live person , it is just plain and simple very very impersonal. One dishwasher tablet and no laundry detergent provided also promised by vacasa rep when I called the night before checkin while I was packing and was told there multiple ones would be there for our stay. Only one garbage bag in the garbage can... no extras. The positives ? Here you go ! The condo has beautiful views and a huge amount of cookbooks and dog toys. In short , Local managers put in minimum effort and it shows in product they give to guests. Won’t be staying here or with vacasa again. Very frustrating experience and totally unnecessary if they actually put in a little effort to the product they give their guests . It was DIRTY. Also master bed mattress is like sleeping on plywood so hard and uncomfortable. Living room couch hard and uncomfortable as well. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else !

We are sorry to read you did not have a better experience while staying with us. We were happy to bring you new bedding and apologize we did not notice the pet hair trapped in the blanket. Bringing a new coffee maker and some coffee was easily done as well since we greatly desire our guests to be comfortable and happy. We have followed-up with housekeeping regarding the oversights and hope the compensation offered shows our desire to care for our guests. Thank you for staying with us!

The apartment has great views and is very quiet.
A couple of things that need attention:
1) Blinds in master bedroom do not work
2) Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced, you can feel two “holes” on each side of the bed

Best view in Sugar, very quite. Owners have left a crate of dog toys and my 12 year old Shepard mix who is slower now was acting 2 years old again. 10/10

It was a fantastic stay and a an unbelievable view.
