Pros: Incredible view from the balcony, two comfortable couches and lazy boy in the living room, fireplace with wood on the balcony, dining room table sits 6, kitchen has everything you will need, washer/dryer, master has a comfortable queen bed, and two full baths, 5 min drive from the Sugar Mtn entrance. Overall, nice place, would stay there again. Cons: The refrigerator circuit breaker tripped within 1 min of running the stove, microwave and toaster oven, which was annoying, so they either need a larger circuit amp or need to move the toaster to the coffee maker outlet. Master bedroom and bathroom need a good paint job. The master bathroom had an obvious leak above the shower. The 2nd room has two twin beds, but was expecting a queen size bed.'
