The home was lovely-it was clean and well maintained. Many amenities and located near all shopping. Plenty of room to accommodate 6 people.

Stayed for 2 nights very recently in hot, humid August 2019.
Pros: Easy-in with key in the lockbox accessible by code. VERY clean. GREAT selection of books (priorities, people). Easy walking distance to two kayaks at the Cove. We didn't use them but we checked them out in person and they looked good/stable and we saw life jackets there too. Plenty of towels - 2 full ones per person (1 regular and 1 beach). Upstairs bathroom is huge. All you could need in the kitchen- we could easily have stayed for a week and cooked. Grill in backyard- we didn't use it but it was there. Nice big deck. 12 minutes by car to bayside beaches and Coast Guard shuttle parking lot. 5 minutes to Salt Pond Visitor Center. Less than 5 minutes to Fort Hill trail. 10-15 minutes to Cape Cod rail trail by bike. Easy 5-12 minute drive to tons of restaurants, ice cream and grocery stores in both directions including the Chocolate Sparrow, Red Barn Pizza, and the Friendly Fisherman. Plenty of standing fans and plenty of cross-ventilation. With humid 80 degree weather at night, we didn't need A/C (well, most of us were fine- my husband gets hot when it is 50f out!). Good privacy- not easy to see neighbors. Not cluttered with too many knicknacks. Upstairs bedrooms were very big. Downstairs bedroom is small (but on vacation you don't spend anytime in the bedroom other than to sleep anyhow, right?). I enjoyed this house and would certainly rent it again. CONS: 1) When we arrived at 4:15 (for 4:00 pm check in), the cleaners had JUST started and had no idea we were coming. We were not able to get into the house until close to 5:45. (The cleaners did a great job, I must say). I called Vacasa immediately and they apologized but we still couldn't get in on time and my elderly mother was tired and wanted to lay down. I have asked Vacasa to make this right... ...haven't heard back yet. 2) The furniture setup in the living room was odd. One sofa, 1 leather chair and 1 rocking chair. Not enough seating for a house that fits 6 people. Could use a coffee table there as well. 3) There is a TV upstairs in the small lounge area (with a comfy sofa) but no TV downstairs. We didn't need or watch TV for those 2 nights, but you should be aware the TV is upstairs in the small lounge area, not downstairs in the main living area. Again, didn't bother us because we weren't watching any anyways.
