Beautiful lovely house and back yard !

This property is recently renovated and extremely clean. The owner has put a lot thought into labeling things around the house for guests to know what to do. The second photo on the listing shows a hot tub, but after booking, we learned this hot tub is not available for guest use and has a padlock on it. This is fine, but it should be made clear in the listing description and not advertised in the photos. We had chosen this listing and paid more thinking this was available, but we would have been better off choosing another listing given price and lack of this facility. Overall the house has the basic amenities but we had trouble to get the coffee maker to work properly & found most of the furniture uncomfortable to sit on, so you should be careful if you plan on lounging (there is also no TV). The fireplace also appears to be decorative and is not actually functioning. We had thought we'd use the late checkout option to enjoy the house a bit more, but we ultimately left earlier since it wasn't too comfortable to hang out in.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Arielle, and we apologize you were not more comfortable during your time here. The hot tub is not available for guest use, so it is not advertised, and we have removed all pictures of it from the listing as well. The coffee maker works correctly when it was checked, and the furniture in the home is very new and modern. The fireplace was unplugged for the summer by the owners since the home gets very warm. We hope to see you again!

The house is very cool and very clean!! Liked it a lot. Very easy to get in and get settled. Love the sound of the river when the windows were open. Would have liked a TV downstairs and better pans to cook with but overall it was very good.
