We stayed here to celebrate a birthday with a small group of friends. This home was a great base for meals, hikes, and wine tasting. The large couch arrangement and living room gave us rooms to all hang out and enjoy each other’s company. You can fit in a lot of people if they are ok with the bunk bed set up. The Kitchen is very nice, but a bit under stocked so plan on bringing your own cooking oils and some cookware. The views are incredible and the many large windows offer so much nice light. Light sleepers should sleep in the back due to the train noise, but I didn’t have a big problem.

This place was really perfect for our families. Large home with lots of space for the little ones to run around. The bedrooms were large and beds super comfortable.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with but you would want to make sure to bring condiments and spices with you if you are planning on cooking.
There is not much of an outdoor area but the enclosed porch was great as a playroom for the kids.

This recently remodeled home is beautifully and tastefully redone at a beautiful location. However, it had a slew of small things that shouldn't be an issue based on the rental cost.

Just listing some of these to give an idea:
***Main hallway fire alarm is missing.
***Most external lights including porches and parking area do not appear to work.
***Bedding and towels appear brand new but were unwashed and therefore smelled "chemically".
***Drain cover for soaker tub is broken although we made it work.
***Instant hot water tap doesn’t work.
***15 minutes of the double shower runs out of hot water.
***No screens on windows and tons of bugs at night means can’t open up windows.
***Huge infestation of ants across front walkway and smaller one on master bedroom window.
***Lid of kitchen trash can broken off.
***Although not a maintenance issue, if you don't look careful at the pictures, you don't realize that you are really close to the highway and more importantly the railroad tracks. With the windows closed, they weren't bad but did affect the ambiance. Plan on several trains each night.

We worked with Vacasa and they did give us a credit equivalent to about 15% but would of rather not had to even think about the problems.

This house is so close to being amazing, but it feels like it was rushed onto the market. We knew renting a new listing without reviews was risky. I hope the owners can address this and if so, would happily rent in the future.
