The cabin very secluded yet only 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge. So much better atmosphere than a hotel room. Having the kitchen and Living Room made us feel like we were home.

I enjoyed staying in this quiet, cozy cabin. Very clean. Kitchen had everything I needed and there were extra blankets in the closet. The location couldn't be beat because I went to Cades Cove everyday. Sitting on the porch listening to the private brook was great for reading. The only negative I experienced was the lack of curtains/blinds in the breezeway had me feeling a little nervous at night as a solo traveler but, I'm sure it wouldn't bother me if I was with a group.

We really enjoyed this secluded cabin. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to still enjoy all the fun.
We did have an issue with the hot water in the kitchen and small bathroom, but a maintenance person came out and fixed it quickly. Turned out the breaker for second hot water heater was tripped, easy fix.
The three trash cans were full, so we ended taking our trash to town to dump.
Those were minor things and we still loved the stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay in the cabin.

We enjoyed the quiet, secluded setting of the cabin and listening to the babbling brook. Very comfy cabin for our quick getaway. We loved how close it was to Cades Cove. When we visited Cades, we saw a mama bear and her 2 cubs play and cross the road in front of us. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This a wonderful home to stay in. Location is very ideal to everything, yet tucked away from the hustle -n- bustle. It had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. I must say that it was very relaxing to sit in the back and listen to the little stream that ran along the back of the property. I would have given 5 stars; however, the master bedroom bedding appeared used and not cleaned/replaced before our arrival. I washed all the sheets and pillowcases to eliminate any worry since we were going to be there for a week! Didn’t use the thick blankets, but found a thinner one in the closet, so I washed and used it instead. A little disappointed that we pay a cleaning fee and you end up having to spend time washing the bed linens at the start of vacation.

Again, very lovely home. I will mark this as a home to come back to and I would recommend it.

We loved EVERYTHING! Location, cabin layout, location, cabin decor and did I mention LOCATION!? The only downfall was that use of the fire pit was forbidden. But since it was so cold when we went, it wouldn’t have been used anyway. We would definitely stay here again.

Very roomy with nice features. Would choose it again.

I had contacted the manager of the property 3 times before check in with no response each time. The cabin was very nice looking but the musty smell was very noticeable, (never got better) the humidifier was full when we arrived. When I went to use the shower in the master bedroom, the shower drain had a large mass of hair clogging the top of the drain. The gas tank for the gas grill lasted about 10 minutes, had to finish cooking dinner on the stove. Their were several dirty pots and pans (greasy and not washed) in the kitchen cabinets that had to be washed before we could use them. The bed in the master bedroom was made up with using two fitted sheets no top sheet. The master bathroom sink would not drain unless the basket was removed. With all these issues how is the management company disinfecting the property after guests leave. It appears to be a management issue which probably stops us from renting another property managed by Vacasa. The only good thing that occurred was one night while at the table eating we got to see a black bear come down the mountain.
Manager response:
Hello John, thank you for your feedback on our cabin. We are happy to ensure that the home has undergone deep cleans and will have several more done in the future. We apologize for the issues you experienced with our home at the peak of the pandemic. We have worked hard to add additional agents to our team and are pleased to note that we are once again able to assist all of our guests with any in-home issue that our guests may have. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Great location, only minutes from the park entrance. Great covered porch off the master bedroom over looking the hillside and creek. A better second bed would have made it a 5.

Loved the environment. My friends and I had a blast there!!! Definitely will come back next time.

Very quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. We loved the fireplace. We had a great time hiking and driving through the mountains nearby. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away in Townsend, or drive to Maryville for all of the stores we are used to. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are a short mountain drive away. Will book this cabin again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listening to the creek from the porch was great as was the fireplace. As someone else has mentioned the front entrance would be difficult or impossible for someone with mobility issues and was worrisome during our stay because everything was so wet from all the rain.

A clean, well-maintained two bedroom, two bath home. Disappointed that second bedroom had daybed rather than "real" bed but it worked out OK. Setting is gorgeous, especially in late fall, and just a stone's throw from GSMNP. Loved the gas-log fireplace! We're able-bodied so the climb from the parking area up to the house was no problem, but it could be for those with mobility issues.

We were just far enough from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to do everything! We had a great time!
