The slopes of Purgatory Resort are less than three miles north, offering year-round mountain activities, shops, restaurants, and a resort spa. There are also numerous hiking and biking trails of various lengths nearby. Charming downtown Durango is also home to lovely art galleries, dining and shopping options, and the Animas River Trail 26 miles south.

• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Dog-friendly with restrictions. All dogs must be left in a crate if the owner is not present, dogs must be house-trained, and dogs are not allowed on any furniture.
• Guests must have AWD, snow tires, or chains to access the property. If the guests get stuck, the owner can be fined for these guests getting stuck and blocking the snow plows.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
