This is a gorgeous home! The views can't be beat and it's spacious. The appliances are top notch and the house is well stocked so it all was very easy to spend time and move around inside the home. I wasn't aware that we were sharing walls with neighbors. This was a bit disappointing as we definitely had to interact with neighbors during our stay. They were all kind and friendly, but it would have affected my booking decision to know we were sharing such close quarters with our neighbors. Finally, the cable and wireless internet was not friendly during our trip. We could use internet to load a social media page and most of the time to send an email, but if you plan to use zoom or Skype you're out of luck. This also ties into the cable as they utilize Youtube TV. It wouldn't stream most of the trip and we couldn't cast anything from our phones to the TV either as the internet was too weak. Maybe it wouldn't have been as troublesome during the summer, but during Christmas break it was definitely disappointing to mostly not have tv or internet during our stay. The Vacasa team in Horseshoe Bay were so friendly and kind and I am thankful for the help they provided us during our stay.

This property is truly stunning. When you walk up the stairs leading to the main floor you will be in awe of the views of the water. Kitchen, Living, Dining Area, & Deck are all spacious and great for a large group.
For future guests, if you plan to rent a jet ski, there is not a jet ski ramp and you will have to figure out a way to strap your rental when not in use and over night. If you rent a boat, the boat slip was occupied during our stay so we could only ride the boat and docking and loading was a little difficult.
Also, a camera is on the lower deck which was quite uncomfortable because it is where we spent a majority of our time. Just something to be aware of. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Waterfront Wonder! It has direct access to the water via the dock, which makes swimming a breeze. The home is dog-friendly which made our time all the better. There is also an elevator so the 1st floor water and 4th floor bedrooms don't seem so dauntingly far. All the appliances and living areas are top notch - truly an equipped home away from home. The only caveats from our trip - the photos of the rental showed a floating platform off the dock (used to jump off of or tan) and there was not one to be found. Also, the neighbors are basically right on top of you as these homes are all in the same building with no space between. So if your neighbors are in town, be prepared to interact with them when using the lake.

The house was spacious and mostly clean. If you walked across the floor in socks or barefoot your feet would be black. We arrived right at 4 PM and the housekeeper was still there so I think she didn’t mop from the previous guests. The dock area was smaller than it looks in the pictures. All in all it was a great place for our family trip and would stay again.

We loved the amenities at this location. The big screen smart TV was great for our Zoom meetings. A couple of folks on our team couldn't join us so...we put them on the BIG screen! Fishing off the water level dock was fun for the kids (of all ages).

My family and I recently stayed at a VRBO at 616 horseshoe bay, horseshoe bay, Texas. The management company servicing the property is by Vacasa. When we arrived the home had a horrible smell throughout the home. It literally smelled like their was something rotten in the home. Imagine arriving and entering the home with something entirely expected. We later were informed by Vacasa that the previous renter left their garbage in the garage. Even if this is true the home should have been aired out or even some candles lit prior to us arriving. We had to buy air fresheners, candles, which improved but the smell was still lingering.
The other issues we arrived to were the bathrooms were not stocked with toilet paper, the kitchen did not have cleaning supplies for the counters, and the grill was not cleaned thoroughly for use.
We called Vacasa, waiting for more than 20 minutes to reach an agent who just informed me that she would inform the cleaning company. I did recieve a call and stated they could bring the next day since it was already late, which did bring supplies in the later afternoon on the second day of rental when we had already gone to the store for the supplies above.
In addition the rental also has a dock for your boat but only has one functional tie down to tie your boat. This made tying down the boat challenging and also dangerous.
Lastly, my daughter sat on one of the chairs outside that had pieces of glass that cut her leg. It was not serious but not what a family wants to encounter on a vacation.
I have rented many properties for vacation and have never been as dissatisfied. As a consumer, I felt as though due to the above issues that vacasa or VRBO would have been more willing to make an effort to make amends for the list of disappointments that were reported. None were made and I would strongly consider making any rental arrangements for the property we stayed in unless the above issues are reconciled.

This house worked great for our large group (and dog)! Nice layout on 3 levels so plenty of separation. Had loads of glassware, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Gorgeous views and 2 decks made sure everyone had plenty of outdoor space. Swimming right off the dock; on wide part of the lake.

We truly enjoyed our experience. You need to double check if boat lift and elevator are operational - you will need spices for cooking & zip lock bags. Neighbors have been HSB owners for over 20 years...
