This house is not even close to what it claims. This house is poorly maintained, dirty and very overpriced for what it is. The amenities listed, pictures and write up are not what this house claims to be -they just are not there. Firstly the house is not rural or private but off a fairly busy street with a lot of close and visible neighbors. The amenities or pictures of a fireplace, firepit, hot tub, king bed are not true. There are no king or even queen beds and aside from the off layout of the house, one "bedroom" is below ground in the basement. The firepit is missing, the fireplace and hot tub not available to use. There is very limited hot water (which we were told the day of check in) meaning that you can not take a hot bath after skiing, let alone have a whole family shower with hot water. The house looks cheap and dirty with missing and dirty items in the kitchen and around the house. There are not even bureaus to put your things in. We have rented many places and this was one of the worst falsely claiming some charm and a long list of amenities not there. The day we arrived we received and email claiming the hot water was very limited and that the washer/dryer didn't work (not ideal for a skiing week). When we reached out about this the issue was brushed aside saying it was removed from the listing. The house, deck and stairs were covered in thick ice and snow making it hard and unsafe to access. The towels were stained and yellow and sheets seemed dirty. Vacasa was hard to reach and not helpful. We left early. Dont book this house and do not book with Vacasa. Find a local owner who takes some pride in the home they share with you.

The home was actually inspected prior to your arrival and was reported by our manager to be properly cleaned and prepared. We can assure you the towels were correctly cleaned and sanitized for you. Our team of housekeepers takes pride in their cleanliness standards as it is a top priority service we provide for every guest prior to check-in. We wish this concern was reported to us during your stay as we would have been happy to assist. Every amenity that is advertised online is accurate. This home does not advertise a washer and dryer for our guests to use. Along with that, the hot tub is not currently an advertised amenity due to COVID-19 and the CDC safety regulations. The fireplace is typically not for guest use; however, the homeowner made an exception for your stay and allowed you to use the fireplace. The firepit is, in fact, available for our guests. It is not a mobile one but one in the ground with a fire ring. We apologize if it may have been covered in snow due to recent snowfall. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the snow and ice on the deck. Please keep in mind this is not something we have control over. Our housekeepers made sure to remove the snow from the driveway and walkways for your safety. We apologize for any confusion regarding the beds. We can assure you this home does advertise the correct bed sizes. To clarify, this home has 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and 2 sofa beds. We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused by the hot water at this home. This home is equipped with a 40-gallon hot water heater; the home is on a well, so it cannot be upgraded at this time. This home is a large home so we make sure to notify our guests of this prior to their arrival. Thank you.
