It was clean. The room was overpriced for what you get. There were no closets or chests to put things. No table, just a narrow piece of granite stuck under the window held up by tree limbs. You had to leave everything in your bags. The bath had one light that worked. There was just one place to hang towels. The was a sink, but not a cabinet. My RV has a bigger sink and cabinet in it.. The WIFi worked the first night, but was unusable the rest of the weekend. So if you like this kind of place, this is for you!!
