I graduated a group of teacher trainees at this house and it was so beautiful and perfect. There were 13 of us and we fit comfortably.

Upsides, location is a solid 15 minutes from town but incredibly beautiful and secluded which i love. You're a 3 minute at most drive to the water. Hot tub was awesome. Deck was great. Neighbors were kind.

Downside: No hvac. There are space heaters throughout the house but no HVAC. It was cold so bring extra space heaters if you're a cold person. Don't plug more than one into an outlet or you'll blow a fuse. The kitchen had everything minus a can opener which we really needed ha!

I'd absolutely stay here again.
