Lucky Seven is a delightful meadow home with blue water ocean views, where the golf course is right outside your back door and the ocean bluffs are a short stroll away. This light-filled Sea Ranch escape features high ceilings, plentiful windows, and a wood-burning fireplace in both the living room and master bedroom. Sip your morning coffee within sight of grazing deer and passing seabirds, and come home from daily walks on the Bluff Trail to curl up in front of the home theater (with a streaming TV and a DVD player) in the living room, enjoy the views from the balcony, or soak in the private, deluxe hot tub on the deck with splendid views across the meadow and golf course.

What’s nearby:
Less than 500 feet from your back door is the Salal Trail, which runs through the adjacent Sea Ranch Golf Links and connects to the spectacular oceanfront Bluff Trail. As for the Bluff Trail, it will lead you to many beautiful Sea Ranch beaches, where you can go tidepooling and watch the harbor seals sunbathe. You'll also be only a mile up the road from the Del Mar Recreation Center's outdoor heated pool, saunas, and tennis courts, and three miles south of the markets, restaurants, and lovely shops in downtown Gualala.

Nice spacious house beautifully situated next to the coastal trail.
Fantastic light through the east facing windows in the morning. Next to the golf course

Lucky seven is a perfect getaway. My kids loved the deer family in the backyard. The view is amazing - golf course and the ocean view. Beautiful trails along the coast and a hot tub back in the cottage to relax makes it perfect. Nice and well maintained property. đź‘Ť

The house was very light and comfortable. It was clean, bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We only used the master bedroom and bathroom so can’t comment on second bedroom/bath but they seemed to look fine. The house has a nice view of the golf course. The best view of the ocean is from the smaller bedroom, somewhat surprisingly. The layout of the house was a bit odd in that respect, but I would certainly rent it again particularly with another couple.

Thank you!

This well designed home is much more spacious than the pictures of it indicate, and yet it still felt warm and comfortable.
We were drawn to the deck, which attracts you when walk into the house, We found ourselves breakfasting there each morning. Loved both fire places, and the entertainment system and Jacuzzi were fabulous!

We stayed at Lucky 7 w our two sons aged 20 and 16. Our younger son enjoyed the loft bed. We all had a lovely relaxed peaceful stay. We took long walks on the bluff trail, we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and stargazing at night. We enjoyed sitting on the loft deck and watching the deer every night on the golf course, and one deer woke and poked his head up out of the tall grasses in back after his day napping. Then hopped off to join the others. This was a fun surprise from our deck viewing spot. The owners had a gas grill delivered while we were here and we were delighted to grill our dinner that night. The walk from the house to the bluff trail was not far at all and we enjoyed spotting deer as we went back and forth through the meadows. We appreciated the home had lots of extra blankets to wrap up in as we sat on back deck in the evenings and star gazed. We loved the constant coastal winds. A mother deer and her baby walked right past the back deck one night while we were eating dinner inside. It was wonderful family time for us in a spectacular setting. We would return.
