A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.
Parking Notes: The parking space is #E103. This is the only authorized parking space for your use. Follow the exit sign and purple arrows to the vestibule for the elevator bay. Use FOB to enter vestibule, press UP for elevator and go to said floor. This is a city style, underground parking structure best suited for small cars/smaller SUVs. There is a posted sign for extremely low clearance at the entrance.
If you are entering or exiting the parking garage you must stop and wait
for the garage door to close completely before moving ahead.
Please note: Take your access card with you whenever you leave the condo as you will need it to access various parts of the building. Also, if you were unable to provide vehicle information prior to your arrival, please either contact us or the Newmark Tower concierge with the following information: car make, model, year, color, and license number.
