Great location for walking around neighborhood. One mile from Lake and next to shops in Greenwood Ave. Enjoyed having a garage to park the car and kitchen and house had all the necessary items to make you comfortable.
Very nice one bedroom unit convenient to local shops and restaurants and transporation downtown. Going down to Green Lake is a 10 minute walk and is a wonderful outdoor experience. The unit is very neat and tidy and we will definitely stay there again when we are in Seattle.
The reason I chose this place was this picture -- bright and airy and warmly decorated. The location was ideal. We would highly recommend this place!
This was a nice little oasis in a busy city. A great place to come back to after exploring Seattle. It's located close to great coffee shops that are an easy walk in the morning. Also close to a grocery store. This rental is tucked into a neighborhood on hilly Phinny Ridge. Since parking can be really tough in Seattle neighborhoods, it was especially nice to have access to a garage or parking just outside the garage. The unit I rented was below an upstairs rental. It was possible to hear people upstairs walking and to hear water running. But I think the convenience of the location outweighs the occasional noise from upstairs. The beds were really comfortable, and the layout of the apartment was really cute and perfect. We stayed four nights, and I would definitely stay there again.
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our three children, their spouses and their children. The Phinney Retreat and Apartment were perfect - great location, clean and comfortable. We'll be back.
We absolutely loved this apartment. My sister lives only a few blocks away so it allowed us to walk to and from as well as enjoy the great restaurants in the area. Ridge pizza and Bluebird ice cream are two musts! Even though we didn't spend much time in the apartment, each time I went to look for something, whether it was a blow dryer or a spatula, it was right there. I also loved the bed! I slept so well that I am thinking I need a new mattress for my home. As well as the shower. It perfect water pressure. This apartment had everything we needed and the follow up emails helped us remember what we needed to do before leaving and how to check-out electronically. All making for an easy and smooth stay in Seattle.
A very nice convenient place with all of the amenities you would need. Having garage parking was very helpful.
We stayed here for a week while visiting our daughter's family just down the road a bit. The apartment was just perfect - clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, quiet (no one was upstairs during our stay), and comfortable. It even had a garage! It's just around the corner from all kinds of stores, restaurants, and great places for coffee. (Herkimer was our favorite)
This one bedroom rental was perfect for us (comfy bed & sleep sofa and everything we needed in kitchen). There's a grocery around the corner, coffee shops and restaurants in easy walking distance and an easy bus took us straight downtown. Location was also close to Green Lake for walking/running. Our only complaint was that you could hear the people in upstairs apartment (toilet flushing, walking, baby crying), even so it worked well for us.
